After researching generators for literally months I was unable to find one that compared to the Westinghouse wgen9500df. Product arrived undamaged and was easy to set up, everything was included (except extension cords ofcourse). Started first try with a simple push of a button. Happily surprised that it sounds quieter than expected. I love this generator. Highly recommend.

I bought this generator for emergency use based on the outstanding reviews and having all the features that I need, Gil fuel makes it great for hurricane season as I can store propane for unexpected emergencies and stock up on gas for hurricane emergencies I have received and ran this generator. It was super easy to set up and super easy to start With a remote control I ran it off of propane and had no problems just a piece of man for those times that you lose power

I took delivery of my 9500DF and hooked it up to my house and it ran everything I needed it to, some things at the same time and the generator barely bogged down under load, very impressive. The same for my RV, I have a 30amp service TT and was able to run the entire RV with the A/C running at the same time and the generator did not struggle at all.

The generator arrived right on time. Assembly and setup were easy and clearly explained in the user manual. The generator fired right up and produced electricity as designed. It has a lot of capability for the money and I love the dual fuel feature. I'm very happy with my purchase

I just picked this up 3 days ago - I have tested it with a freezer and small drill to make sure it worked, hope it works well for my whole house if I need it. Seems to be well made and thought through. It did need a little extra oil - was not shipped with quit enough, but all good.

Did reviews and ordered this unit 5 days ago. Arrived this morning with two helpful and happy delivery men into my garage. Followed quick set up directions for putting wheels on, adding fuel and oil - 10 minutes max. Hooked up propane line and tank then added gasoline to tank. Turned over a few times but would not start on gas…(duh) I forgot to choke on initial gas start up - moved choke to full choke and unit fired right away . Turned off choke and unit remained running - let run on gas for 5 minutes then toggled fuel switch to propane, switch went well and continued to run on propane for 5 additional minutes. Everything was as advertised. Have not hooked to house yet but expect no issues as everything so far worked or was included remote key fob worked, oil funnel, assembly tools, wheels and propane line. I bought this generator close to a month ago and today got it wired to be used for the house. I am very happy with the purchase. The generator powered my entire house and works great with gas and propane. Would recommend this to anyone looking to have a generator for whole house using the 50amp nema cable.

i bought this about a month ago. Took minimal time to assemble the wheels and feet to the frame and fill the oil reservoir and gas tank. When all prep was done I pushed the start button and it started right up! No issues at all. Very happy with this purchase.

Generator easy to set up BUT on initial start up directions are not clear on a couple things. First, on/fuel lever location not indicated—took awhile to find and get fuel to engine, also not identified in user manual. Second, battery hook-up cable is hidden under top of generator and although it is outlined in owners manual took time to find and connect. Other than that great, started up as soon as all connections were in place, electric FOB start saves back and perspiration, neighbor and I want to starts up before hurricane season, he has a 7500 watt Firman, only recoil start—he is still trying to get started my has been running 1/2 hour.

Unit arrived in a timely manner. Assembly was pretty straightforward. Added the oil and hooked up the battery and propane and first start took about halfa second and it was purring. Haven't ran it on gasoline yet or during a major outage but 120 outlets work good. Unit is a little loud but i expected that for the size and open cage design. Remote start worked from about 75 yards away with obstructions.
