Just unboxed, easy to assemble, fill with oil & fuel. Started immediately with electric start. Quieter than previous generators I've owned. I look forward to the 9500 W power relative to prior weaker generators.

One month after purchasing the WGen9500DF generator it started on the first remote start. We're now ready for whatever North Carolina weather comes our way.

Bought this one week ago. Very easy to set up,wheels paring remote. Runs my whole 2800 sq ft home.Glad I won't have to use pull start. Do it from inside!!

In opening the package and putting it together, the unit did not start. I have been charging the battery with the cord that was provided for two days. Even after two days of charging it still is not starting.

Solid build quality for this generator. Unfortunately this current size model is unable to power my and run the hvac so I'll have to upgrade to the 18kw variant. Other than that if you have AC units under 5 tons this 12.5 should be more than enough!

This is a quality unit. Like the dual fuel versatility. Cranks quickly and runs smoothly on both fuels. Runs everything I need to use. Very happy with this purchase. Would highly recommend

I received it today and after I put oil and connect the battery it started on the spot using Propane fuel Highly recommended,

Have not had a power failure yet. It started right up. Have ran it a couple of times seen. So far so good.

I just got my generator today, got it assembled started it right up with no problems. Now I'm prepared for the upcoming hurricane season.

i love our generator. It starts quickly and is easy to move. No issues with anything. Definitely a must have during storm season.
