This is a good price for this generator. I made the mistake do not really checking it out when it arrived. After I had removed all the packaging, I noticed the top rails of the frame bent. I notified the company right away and was able to get an immediate response. I had to return it and am waiting a new one to be shipped out. Great customer service. P.S. keep your shipping material until after you checked out your purchase.

this is a high quality unit . my generator replacement research landed on this WGen9500DF Unit came in perfect condition, and with everything needed to get started. when you set it up you'll understand the high quality. Hard to review. Generator damaged during shipment. Received on March 3rd and submitted an incident report immediately and have not got an answer from Sams or the manufacturer as to what to do with it. It is sitting in garage. 21 days is long enough to get an answer so will not order a generator on line again from Sams Club. Will be loading into my van and hauling it into a store to get my money back.

I have absolutely no regrets with my decision to purchase this Westinghouse generator. At first, I was concerned with how heavy it is but after installing the two wheels even I, a frail senior citizen, can move it easily. It's easy start and runs no louder than my lawn mower. I definitely recommend choosing the dual fuel model.

This is an awesome generator!! I love the starting features and how quiet it runs compared to other generators. Real good tires also. The only issue I have had is the manual is not correct when it comes to the oil dipstick and how to measure oil level. Otherwise I am very proud of my purchase!!

The power goes out where I live fairly often so having a generator is a must. I've had it for a year and have no complaints. It's the only one I've owned of this size so I can't compare it against any others. The handle and the wheels make moving it around simple. Once it's where I need it, the handle folds away neatly.

this is my second generator. I have the portable version and out of thr box the big generator I just got fired up on the first go. Attaching the wheels was easy and even though it weighs over 200 pounds it's manageable to move with the handle. This one will be used to run my inverter in the house.

I bought this generator several weeks ago. I live in a rural area and our power goes out frequently. Last winter, our power went out for over a week and I had no back It was a very cold week! The temperature stayed in the teens and 20s with about a foot of snow. The power went out several more times for 3-4 days. I'm not going into this winter unprepared! I've fueled it up and tested it and it works great!

Generator will be a welcomed addition to the survival of Florida hurricanes and power outages. I wanted something to handle the entire house and this certainly does the trick. I like the dual fuel option for when gas is not available. Propane burns cleaner and is easier ti find usually. This generator is loud, so try to find a location that will be best for you and your neighbors to sleep during operation. I tied this into my electrical panel so it will provide power to most everything in the home, most importantly the A/C unit and some ceiling fans.

We bought this generator because we live near the beach. Luckily we haven't had to use it yet but we do run it often to keep it working and it works great. It also isn't as loud as generators I have had in the past. The remote start key fob was included and is easy to use. This is the first generator I've owned with a remote, nice perk.
