I just got through opening the box and put my generator together. Directions very easy to follow and understand.. I hit the power after add gas and it started the first time. This generator is so much easier to start by using either the electric start button or remote control. It is also provides so much more flexibility with the ability to use both gas and propane. Although heavy like all generators this size, it is fairly easy to move with the large handle and solid plastic wheels. Would definitely recommend the WGen9500DF for powering the whole house during a power outage having just tested its capabilities by turning off the main breaker and implementing the interlock switch.

Just took delivery. All parts we included, nothing missing. Legs and wheels easy to install. Instruction manual user friendly. Small enough to easily move and store. Delivered unit had an upgrade for connecting the battery, using a 2 pole plug, so it only took seconds. Con is having it in the way when adding oil. Started right up, no issues at all. Like the ease of switching from gasoline to propane without having to stop the generator. Look forward to many years of trouble free emergency power for my home.

Bought this generator to replace a 20-year-old one. I really wanted to be able to use propane and my wife really likes the remote start feature this generator offered. Even though we have not had to use it yet the startup and testing went flawlessly. We are both happy with our purchase.

Straight forward instructions, easy set up, and perfect first run. Running on propane to avoid the card issues. Initial run worked like a champ. We're set for outages and I feel like my family will be cared for, in part due to this piece of equipment.

This generator is perfect for our needs. We have occasional power outages. This generator has the capacity to run all of our essentials and then some. All of the necessary items to put it together were sent such as tools and oil. It was a breeze.

I bought this recommended from an electrician and set up was really easy. I haven't hooked up the propane set up but put gas in it sync the wireless fob and it started right up. I have no doubt the propane will work just as good. Having gas and propane as a dual fuel set up sold me on it. Always think of when there is a storm all gas stations are packed. i dont have to worry about that anymore. I'm going to have my electrician set it up for entire home set up with the adaptor. Can wait for that.

I've had the generator for about a month now, I live in Southwest Florida and my old generator wasn't powerful enough to run my whole house. I was able to set this up by myself even though it was pretty heavy. I have 3- 40lb propane tanks and a couple gas cans to run dual fuel. Very happy with how it runs!

Bought this unit in March 2022, so when we needed it, we would have it. Had an electrician set everything up for us. FIRST time we needed it...no go. Started, ran for a couple hours (at best) then quit. Never to restart. New plug - nope not it. Called the number, they said it's probably the ignition coil, they could send us the part, or send the generator in. So much for having it when we needed it.

Purchased on 8/3/21 was delivered today 8/10/21. After opening the box, found it contained everything needed to start using it minus the fuel. Have already done the break in period and have found no issues so far. I have only ran it on propane and waiting to try gas. Love the added feature of remote start. This well rounded full feature unit. Now we will see how it holds up to use and time.
