I bought this generator in preparation for this winter. It was easy to assemble the wheels and feet. I attached a propane tank. It started right up with ease. Though I hope we won't have the type of winter we had last year, it is so nice to have this generator in case of emergencies.

I bought this model generator June 2024 and it didn't work as designed with the ST switch that should have auto-started the unit. They kept sending untested replacement parts, and even replaced the entire unit with the one I currently have. That didn't work either, and the replacement control panel they sent the warranty center didn't work either. Finally, they sent a test module that did work. They weren't responsive to my concerns and did not to expedite the repair with tested, working replacement parts.

I bought this generator because I live in an area that has regular hurricane concerns. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, I was told I'd get a free cover if I left a review so I am. I will update the review as soon as I get to use the unit. It came in great condition with the hook up for propane and oil for the engine as well as wheels to transport it. I like that it comes with electric and remote start. The machine did have many glowing reviews already so hopefully I'll give it another.

I bought this generator a month ago. Just got wired to my house. Now I have back-up power to 10 key circuits on my house (well, frig, furnace, internet). I bought a 100 lb propane tank to minimize fill ups. Works well and provides the right level of power when these items are running.

I purchased the WGEN9500df generator yesterday. It was easy to setup and get reedy to run. Hook up my propane tank and the generator fired up in just a couple seconds. The next day I put the generator on and powered up my house with it. I currently have a 30 amp plug but will be switching over to the 50 amp plug after I upgrade my breaker in my panel. Generator ran great with out any issues. I love the remote start button not that it is necessary but just a nice extra. I would highly recommend this generator to anyone as an alternative to a Generac or similar whole house unit.

Been in the market for a semi-powerful generator for a while. I wanted it to be easy enough for myself and wife to operate, yet powerful enough to handle some serious business. Electric start was definitely a must. This unit comes with a remote start as well, which I considered a bonus and great addition. The price dropped considerably on Prime Day for this unit, so I pulled the trigger. The unit arrived two weeks later, bright and early. I expected the box to be beat to death but to my surprise, it was all intact. It's a heavy unit but not as heavy as I expected. Looks very well constructed. I followed the directions in the manual & test fired it with gas and propane and the unit fired right up with no problems. The first crank with the electric start did nothing. It stopped cranking on it's own and automatically tried again. It fired right up! I let it run for a moment, then shut it down. I started it with the remote. Again the first crank was unsuccessful. But it stopped cranking, then automatically tried again. It fired up!! The unit came with everything you need to get started except fuel. It even comes with a funnel for the included quart of oil and a trickle charger for the battery. I find it to be somewhat quieter than other generators I’ve been around of this type. Currently happy with this purchase & I hope I never need to use it. I can't speak to longevity just yet, as I just received. I'll update this review if need be when an emergency requires use or otherwise. So far seems like a great Generator for the price point.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago, and the assembly wheels, stand and battery connection were a breeze. It took less than 1/2 hour. I used gas to run the unit, and it start on first try with the push button. I hooked the unit up to an 50 amp outlet, and turn off the power to test the unit. It work as advertised. I installed an EasyStart on my AC unit, and my AC unit started along with the freezer, refrigerator and all lights as well as outlets. The garage door opener worked as well. I also used the remote key fob to start and turn off the unit. It was a great price (Amazon). I have recommended the unit to other family members. I am totally satisfied and waiting for another power outage because I am prepared to have power. Awesome feeling..!!!!

I followed the instructions for filling with oil after assembly (which was very simple). Started up almost instantly and ran super smooth. It powers my fridge, 2 freezers, all lights and a couple space heaters. I think I could add more stuff if I needed to, so I’m extremely pleased with it. I’m ready for the next power outage!

Purchased this after Hurricane Laura devastated our SWLA and we were left without power. It was estimated to be several weeks before electricity to be restored. This generator exceeded our expectations in keeping my home cool and the food from spoiling in the fridges! A few weeks later, it got us through Hurricane Delta. Running this full time for weeks was an economical and efficient option. Would definitely recommend.
