I bought this generator to use as a backup power supply for our house. Gasoline or LPG, easy to move and connect, electric or pull cord start (with a remote start clicker!), and plenty of capacity. I've used several different generators on construction sites and for power outages, and this one has the best combination of features of all the ones I've worked with.

This product is amazing. I have to buy this product to have a power source of emergency in case of power failure. Easy to use, powerful and powerful. Easy to start. The remote control is very useful for starting and stopping while staying in the shelter. The noise of the engine is less loud than I expected. The fact that it can be used with 2 types of fuel, gasoline and propane offers a lot of flexibility and alternative solution. I shop long time before stopping my choice but I do not regret it. I roconmmande without hesitation this generator.

Just assembled and fired up for first time instructions were good and fired off on the 3rd attempt. Wheels don’t seem very high quality hope I’m wrong. Love that it comes with oil and a battery. alternator cover was scratched and dented upon arrival. Submitted request for replacement cover I hope they stand by their products. Overall happy but haven’t put it through a long test yet.

I bought this 2 last month. The ground terminal is just underneath of the 50amp receptacle. All the 50amps cables are not straight connectors. it will be 90 degress. Since 50amp generator cable is touching the ground terminal, it's not going all the way in and not making a proper connection. This is a big design flaw and potentionally hazardous.

Great generator! Would recommend to friends and family. Smooth and quiet running. It was easy to assemble however one of the bolt holes that the wheel mounts up to got a little plugged during the powder coating process and I had a hard time starting the bolt. If you run into this problem simply thread the bolt in from the back side to clean out the threads. Remove the bolt and reinstall it according to the directions. Super quick and easy fix. Other than that small little hitch....great product! You wont be disappointed.

Purchased the generator and it appears to be an excellent machine. During shipping the canister assembly broke and I am attempting to find a part to replace it, which is more difficult than it should be. A parts website should be listed in the manual.

Very happy to have a properly sized generator for our home. We have experienced a number of power outages through the years of living in a rural area, and having to pick and choose what items we wanted to keep online was a burden. This unit is able to accommodate the full load of our home, and the electric start is incredibly convenient.

Delivered in good shape in the box on a pallet. Easy setup to get it ready to use. Put the whole quart of oil in it that came with it. I may have missed it, but I couldn't find the oil capacity spec to double check how much oil I was supposed to use of the quart, but it seemed to take the whole thing. I will check the level again before next use. Hooked up the battery, put gas to it, and it started right up beautifully with the push button. Let it run 20-25 minutes unloaded to let the engine start to break itself in. Don't have any feedback on using it yet, but I am really curious to see if it can carry my well. My other ETQ 5500/6250 generator could not cycle my well, even when only the well circuit was on, so that is why I upgraded to this one that was nearly twice the size of the old one. We will see, so more to follow.

I bought this for the many power outages we have in our part of Texas. The set up was easy, good instructions. It’s set up for propane and have gasoline as the secondary fuel type. It tested well for appliances. The previous home owner had already had the electrical hook ups to main breaker and propane in place. Hopefully I wound need it but nice to have the piece of mind it’s ready to go.

After the 2024 back-to-back hurricanes in our area, we wanted to make sure our family could stay in our home if we experienced another one. The generator we purchased, along with an interlock kit installed on the electrical panel and a 50-amp inlet, should keep the majority of the house running in the event of an extended outage.
