The generator came with everything I needed to assemble it very easily and quickly. It took well under an hour. It even included lubricating oil for the engine. Start up was also extremely easy - hook up the propane tank (hose was included), flip the in switch, and press the remote button. It started flawlessly and ran smoothly. I love the dual fuel feature and the option to pull start, push button start, or remote start. The large wheels make it easy to maneuver. I am confident that I will be able to run my furnace, refrigerator/freezer, lights, and other small appliances next time I lose power. Great peace of mind!

I recently bought this generator to prepare for the hurricane season here in Texas. I’ve did my research to different brands of generators and this wgen9500df has better features among them as to what I need during a power outage. Out of the box looks pretty well built. I’ve paired with a 40lb propane and did a test run with no issues. User manual is easy to understand. Well done Westinghouse!

We have never had a generator and bought this one to power our critical appliances and well pump. The instructions were easy, it has plenty of power, and it is easy to operate. We have not had a power outage to test it out yet but can update this when we do.

this generator is by far the best portable generator on the market besides it looking real nice it has plenty of power to supply you whole house in case of a power outage.there remote start is definitely a plus .it runs pretty quiet which i really like the electric start works so easy one push and it start right up. i would recommend this generator to anyone who need a backup power source in case of emergency.

I live in area where the power goes out frequently. A generator has been on my radar for a long time. The time came to start looking for a unit. The 9500DF had all the features I was interested in and had great reviews. I am very happy with my purchase!!

We needed a good generator that we could move around when we needed to that could provide enough power to keep us warm in the winter. I am a 65 year old woman and can easily move the generator where we need to run it when the power goes off. We also like the dual fuel feature as storing gas is not convenient and safe compared to propane. We added a transition switch to our electrical panel and we can easily run our house now if the power goes out.

I bought this generator so we wouldn't be left to swelter in the heat or freeze in the cold should a power outage occur. After I unboxed the unit, I put on the wheels and feet with no problem and added the oil and gas. I was presently surprised that it came with a rechargeable battery and charging cord. Another added surprise was the fob that allows for remote starts. Everything starts and runs as it should. Another added bonus is that it runs on propane so I will be able to boon-dock with my camper as I want and when I want.

Your Duel Fuel 9500 generator replaced our older gas powered one (different competitor) that failed during a snow storm. Our son had purchased one from you and highly recommended your company. It is so much easier to start, as the old one required a manual pull (hard for older people!). Love the remote start feature, too!! Thanks so much!!

We bought this generator last month as an upgrade to our old Cat 5500. We are installing a transfer switch on our house and needed more power. This thing is great - remote start, electric start, dual fuel - it has all the bells and whistles and runs smoothly and quieter than the last one we had. Great product - would recommend to anyone looking to updgrade.

We ordered this generator the first week of September and received it (picked up at local Lowe’s) on September 25. I have just now unboxed it and filled out online registration. Other than to say it “looks okay” out of the box, I/we really cannot give a meaningful review at this time. I truly hope this Westinghouse generator is a better one than the Firman I purchased less than a year ago and is already “shot” (it used excessive oil from the very start)
