I purchased this in 2021, however, I did not use until 2024. It was good luck no power outage until this year. I was little worry even though this is no used unit before I start. It just starts by pressing button after putting engin oil and gas, we got the power back with our furnace.

Bought this dual fuel generator to power the house. We don’t lose power often so I didn’t want to deal with gasoline. I have a few propane tanks on hand and it has come in very handy the few times I have used it. We can light up the whole house and run the AC/Furnace. We haven't used the oven, microwave, washers, or dryer as it wasn’t needed. If we had to this thing could handle it. The only issue is the battery but that’s probably my fault. It lasted about a year and then wouldn’t push start. I never disconnected it nor charged it. Called Westinghouse and they were super helpful. No warranty on the battery but the lady was very nice and helpful.

I bought this generator two weeks ago. I love the dual fuel feature. You don't have to stop the generator to switch from gasoline to propane. I have put the generator into an enclosure, and everything is reachable for operation and maintenance without having to get it out. But if I have to, even though it weighs more than 200 pounds, it's very manoeuvrable, much more than the Generac iQ3500 that also own at 100 pounds. Very satisfied with it.

I just got this generator today. I read all instructions and assembled in about 30-45 minutes. As heavy as it was, it was a little difficult to assemble by myself, 1 hand lifting and 1 hand putting pieces on. After assembly, put in oil, plugged in battery, hooked up propane and it fired right up. I charged a couple of batteries for about 20 minutes, then packed it up and stored it until needed. So far so good!

Just purchased this generator after the winter storms hit Texas. Being from NC we have bad winter and summer storms. I am a nurse that takes care of a medically fragile patient and we must depend on many medical devices such as his low air loss mattress and hospital bed, oxygen concentrator, and suction machine to just name a few. I must have the most reliable power source in the event of an emergency. I did much research and spoke with several other mechanically inclined "men" to see where I should put my money. The most important feature to me was that I could operate it by myself. I liked the keyfob best of all. I can click it out the window and not have to leave my patient's side. I liked the dual fuel option, especially being able to switch from one source to the other without turning it off. I liked that it has an automatic low oil shutoff. I liked that it has a metal gas tank, not plastic like my old generator that I can't operate by myself. I like that it can be hooked up to the house and run the whole house and I don't have to run drop cords everywhere. The hard tires are great, no need to worry about getting a flat. I'm a 5'0" tall female and had no trouble moving it around in the garage. After the quick assembly and adding the oil was the moment of truth. I pointed the keyfob and pushed, it fried up on the first touch. It ran surprisingly quiet, just another bonus. I don't want to lose power but now I can rest assured that I can manage this generator by myself. I will be ready and will post again after I am able to use it more.

A connector wasn’t pushed completely IN and the engine was unable to start. It was cranking but never starting. One of my friend had the exact same problem with the exact same model out of the box. After plugging the connector, it fired up at the first attempt. Quality seems good, just need a better inspection from the factory. Other that the unit looks great and working perfectly

In rural Oklahoma, we often lose power, sometimes for days after a big storm. This generator replaces two other generators that didn't do as much as this one! It starts like a dream with the electric starter, and the dual fuel option is great; if we can't buy Gasoline, we can always attach it to our Propane.

I had only tested it so far. I shut main breaker off plugged generator in and had turned off all the breakers. I let it warm up, about 5min. Started to turn on breakers one at a time and all the lights came on my furnace kicked on and my fridge. The only thing I didn't turn on was my hot tub, although I'm sure it could handle it, it's not a necessity so I was not concerned

Bought this Generator after doing a lot of research and knowing the quality and reliability of Westinghouse in the electrical industry. As an electrician I've worked on Westinghouse equipment that has been in service for decades and seen the longevity of their equipment. This will pair up nicely with my 40 amp Genelink to run off of the 50 amp receptacle. Living in a rural area where power outages are common throughout the winter months it's vital to have a powerful capable generator.
