This unit was just delivered last week, we put on the wheels and legs, put the oil in, put some gas in and fired her up! Took a couple of tries, but it was very cold and I figure the gas had to get through the system. Once it fired up, she ran very smoothly! I am very pleased so far, and it gives me a great sense of security knowing I have that much power available to run our household in case of an outage!

Bought for our vacation property and have yet to use it, but it looks like a quality product and comes with everything you may need including a gas funnel! Free cover was offered when registering for warranty and/or recalls. Professional company for sure.

The WGEN9500DF is a solidly built generator. I chose Westinghouse because they have a reputation of being well-built and I am glad I did. Living in Florida, you really need to have reliable emergency power and this generator fits that description! Check it out/

Just got this shipped today. Unboxed it. Wheels are easy. Insert screws for feet from the bottom pointing up if you want to save time. Will start it up shortly. Only minor scratches on the frame bars. Other than that, seems to be in good shape cosmetically.

I purchase this generator to power my home. I needed one that my wife could start and not have to use a manual starter. This generator filled the need perfectly. It was easy to install the wheels and feet and everything was included and the battery was fully charged. The engine stared the first time I pushed the start button.

Back-up for an aging whole house Generac that's a propane fuel hog(500-gallon tank in 5 days) I use for emergencies. Seldom used but very necessary here in Florida I figure instead of forking over thousands for a new Generac I'd get this one, It's big enough for emergency power that's seldom needed at a very reasonable price.,.

All the instructions and accessories arrived as expected, and the generator was in good condition.

Received the generator on Sept. 09, 2020. The generator and the accessories were securely and logically packed. The instructions were simple and clear, making assembly very easy. We are waiting for our electrician arrive so we can test the generator and the transfer system with interchangeable breakers all at the same time. I received my generator in a timely manner. Everything was as advertised. Very easy to assemble, fill with oil, etc. Was pleasantly surprised by the remote start option, and was glad to see that everything necessary to hook up to propane was included.
