Bought this and was happily surprised when item ended up on time, working straight out of the box after 5 minutes of assembly using their honestly great directions. I am pleased that we made this purchase as it adds to our overall safety and security.

Did a lot of research before I made my purchase and so happy we went with a Westinghouse generator. The one we got is dual fuel, starts with a push button and tells us the fuel levels. We will definitely be prepared the next time Austin has another snow storm and we lose electricity. Can’t wait to use it!

I bought this as a back up for my home electrical system. I like the idea of having the dual power, so I didn't have to rely on one type of fuel. The electric and remote start are very good features. No problem running my furnace, sump pump, heater, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, gas dryer, etc. After all, this is a must for your home!

I bought this generator to power my entire house in the event of a prolonged power outage. It was packaged very well with easy to follow instructions on setup and operation. It comes with oil (you have to add prier to starting) and a funnel for easy filling. I'm running mine on propane and after connecting the propane tank it started right up. I love the remote. Just push the button and it starts. I have my house circuit panel wired with a generator inlet. In testing it, I cut the main breaker to the power grid, used a 50 amp extension cord connecting to the circuit panel inlet. I turned on my A/C, electric stove, microwave, TV and all my lights and the WGen9500DF didn't miss a beat. This is the first generator I have owned and it is a little noisier than I expected. I have it in my attached garage with the exhaust safely vented outside but when I'm in the house I can hardly hear it. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and can't wait for the next power outage :-).

I bought the generator about a month ago after a major storm which caused a week long power outage. Haven't had to use it for an emergency yet, but the generator is well built and has great features. Glad I made this purchase. I have great peace of mind now feeling much more prepared for future emergencies.

Has every hookup that I might need. Easy to start/with remote Easy to hook up to my propane tank. First time I started it up on propane, it worked great. Like the electric start and the number of outlets. Will be using to operate electric equipment around my property. Backup generator for house in case of power lose. Will not be at a loss for electric power.

I bought the WGen9500DF about a month ago as a back-up electrical system for my home in Missouri. Plus the ability to run on two fuel sources added to my decision. We also have an RV and will possibly use it there too. Assembly was easy with provided tools, poured in the provided oil, connected the battery, turned on fuel and hit the start button. And there she goes! Not quiet but by no means loud, fine around the house or campsite. Good addition to our tools.

I received this 3 days ago and it was in perfect condition… unboxed and assembled easily and today I hooked up the propane tank, filled it with gas and stabilizer. Pushed the start button and Bam !! This generator is exactly what I was hoping for. The only thing I haven’t tried is 240v 50a and 30a but I did use the 30a socket for 120v and just like the rest of this unit, it works Beautifully.. I switched between gas and propane flawlessly…I even use the remote start from inside my home, through 2 walls, and it will start and stop the unit without fail… so far, I’m 100% positive that I made the right choice!! Purchased this Generator to run my house during power outages. Like the feature of using either gasoline or propane. Easy to assemble and generator started right up.I tested the generator to power my home and it performed with no issues at all.Powered the whole house.Very pleased with the purchase of this Generator.

I bought this for my house this past October, came with everything needed to get it set up and running. Not as loud as I would have thought and has more power than I need. I did a LOT of research and this is the best product for the power, features and the money, hands down.
