I looked at several generators and this had everything I needed. Duel fuel was a real selling point. I talked to several people who install generators and decided on the Westinghouse. Instructions for set up were easy to follow and had no problems.

Living in Florida a generator is an essential back up solution. When hurricane Ian came through, my home was affected and I was without electricity. I installed and ran the generator up and it was able to power my home. I was surprised at how much of a load I was able to put on it and the noise level. Several of my neighbors were impressed by it and I was even able to charge up some of their devices and an rv fridge. Recently purchased the WGen9500DFc and I am extremely satisfied with its performance. It was easy to set up and started on the first try. The power output is impressive, has provided reliable electricity for my home during outages and in N CA it happens often. I love that it has a remote start and stop feature. The durable construction and user-friendly controls make it a great investment. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a dependable generator!

At this time I have only assembled and done a quick test drive of the generator. Seems to be a good and powerful generator. It started at the first try. I like that it run both on propane and gas and that you can switch between the too fuels while it is running. It is noisy but so is all portable generators that I have come across. My only complain is one missing information in the assembly instruction. It spend one page how to connect the battery to the generator. But the steps shown was already done. However the instruct fail to mention that the cable between the battery and the generator is in two pieces tied together with a zip tie. You need to cut the zip tie and and connect the two cables.

I have a older gasoline only generator but have really wanted a propane generator due to gasoline "going bad" after a few months to a year or so. This dual fuel generator is even better as I can run on propane most of the time but also gasoline if needed. I am still in the process of adding the connections to my house, but this should easily run everything except my central HVAC. I do have a small "window unit" AC to keep me cool if needed. I like this generator so much I bought a second one for my sister!

I bought this generator for the 50 amp capability it has enough power to run a rule household with well and septic along with appliances and lights. It was easy to assemble — Did a test run with both propane and gas it runs very smoothly and the transition was painless. Since you are not supposed to run these during harsh weather I also purchased a IGAN Running cover and it fits this generator perfectly

I bought this unit because I like having the option to use propane or gas. I am using the 50amp output to an outdoor receptacle I installed. I put in a 50amp breaker and interlock kit in my main service panel. When on generator power it easily powers my lights, furnace, heat, TV, computers, etc. This makes the occasional power outage much more tolerable, not to mention no longer running around with extension cords. Highly recommend to this setup for those looking for peace of mind during outage

Bought this from local store because of the price. Got it home and was amazed on how well built the machine was and looked as advertised. Obviously this was an item from store that takes damaged products and there was some damage to the machine. All in all, I like the features especially the remote start and electric start along with a pull start option as well. Definitely would recommend.

I have had this generator for almost a year now. We just had a big storm. The power been out for four days now. I have been running the generator for about twelve hours a day. Has not used any oil. Gas tank is plenty big so it could run all day without refueling plenty of power to run my well pump, septic pump and the whole house. I have 200 amp service.
