I had to wait awhile due to being on back order. Then the box was damaged when delivered. I refused it and it was taken back and immediately taken care of by the company I purchased it from. Last I had to wait for an electrician to install it. With all the power shut offs by PG&E.We have had three more and more to come during fire season. The first one was three days. It was impossible to find any here. Then every electrician was installing generators. I had to wait in line for 2 months. It was all worth it. The generator ran more than I thought it would with no problem. We were not sure if it would run the air conditioner in the house. IT DID! YES! A large freezer, a refrigerator, all the lights, three TVs, Microwave, blow dryer. Not the washer and dryer, or the stove and oven, in a 1400 SQ foot tr-level. It will cover the pellet stove in the winter also. Truly pleased. The electrician was not sure if it would run the air conditioner. Everyone who sees it likes it!!! THANK YOU.

I've enjoyed this generator so far, but I have had some issues booting it up. After adding adequate oil and fuel and connecting the battery, I tried starting it up. It made a noise as if it was starting up and would run for a few seconds, and then shut off. It would repeat that over and over again. I'm hoping I can get to the bottom of this.

Bought this in July 2020 and it's a beast. Big and heavy but not too loud and delivers consistent power. Bought in July and used once in power outage for about 2/3 days with no issues. Run about a gallon or so gas through it once per month to keep it fresh and ready to go. Electric / remote start is money $$

I bought this generator to back up my home during power outages since I live in a hurricane prone state. The advantages of having a dual generator are amazing. This Gen has all the features I wanted on my other generators. Has fuel gage and data center. Also it is very simple to set up and maintenance is a breeze. It’s heavy duty and well engineered.

Bought this back in November after living through the aftermath of Hurricane Ian. We had to live off a Generator for 5 weeks. The generator we had was not quite strong enough to run the entire house, this will do the job. Also, I love the remote start.

I received my WGen9500DF generator yesterday. I did a lot of research and this one had all the options I was looking for in a generator. I wanted dual fuel option, a remote so my wife could start it if I'm not around and enough power to take care of whole house. I'll be purchasing the transfer switch so I can just plug in and run everything in the house. I read through the manual a couple times to make sure I did not miss anything. It was easy to set up and started on first try with gasoline.

This is a beast of a generator, but capable of powering our whole house. It is quieter than most 6000-8000W generators. It is easy to move around. I have put it through 1 hurricane and 1 ice storm so far with flawless results. Love the remote and push button start!

I did not use it for a long period of time, but it seems to be a very sturdy machine with lots of power. I like the fact that the battery can be maintained with the charger. Starts very easy with electric and remote start, however, I could not get it to start using the manual re-coil. Once I get to use it under a load for a longer time, I will know more about it!

I only ordered this generator last Wednesday evening and it arrived at my residence on Friday afternoon. Although I still need to buy fuel to test it, everything appears to be in perfect shape and I am expecting great results. This replaces an old single fuel 6250 watt generator of another brand I purchased about 16 years ago to get us through power outages in our neighborhood that can sometimes last up to three or four days. The old generator has quit working, so I decided to upgrade with a new one. This generator should be more powerful and I like the fact it has a duel fuel feature and remote start. Once I've actually had a chance to successfully test it thoroughly, I can revise the rating to 5 stars.

Getting the generator unboxed and set up for use was a breeze. The instructions need a little refresh for the battery connection, but the connection has been simplified via a plug-based setup vs manually connecting wires, so easy to figure out. Have not run the unit yet and will update the review if I run into challenges, but the unit seems very solid and the features are great.
