I just bought my WGen9500DF generator after a lot research and comparisons. After reading the manual it was easy to locate all of features that it offers. Every thing is easy to read and the operating panel is well laid out. The easy start system with its auto choke and repeat starter up to 3 times if it does not fire the 1st time.

Runs good and i like the propane/ gas fuel option. I did notice when putting on the front feet, the underside of the bottom had numerous scrapes. The packaging was fine but it looks like whenever it was being assembled, the worker drug it around. I live in a high humidity area so ill have to it hit with some spray paint so it wont rust

I recently purchased the Westinghouse WGen9500df. after following the instructions, filling it with gasoline and oil, and pairing the remote (which was pretty straight forward) It started up promptly and ran for 4 hours as part of the 5 hour break in period without a problem

I bought this model because I live out in the country and need to power my essential items when the power goes out. This unit has plenty of power, with a 50A plug, and can run all of the items I need. I'll be connecting it to a 50A transfer switch soon. I like the remote start feature, and it also starts very easily with a single pull of the manual pull start. Very happy with this unit.

I bought this product November 2nd and was told that delivery would be early December. To my delighted surprise, I received delivery November 17th. Delivery was complete with no missing parts. Instruction manual as easy to follow. Assembly was minimal ....... two wheels and two leg supports. Set up was easy and straight forward with no questions. I'll be using this generator with a transfer switch connecting to my electrical panel. The push button start is definitely a tremendous feature. This generator is ideal for my situation and am very satisfied with my decision to purchase it over other generators I was considering.

Bought this a month ago (after hurricane Ian) the setup was easy started up quickly and produces a lot of power. Not as loud as i had expected. Was delivered quickly with no issues. Included oil, wrench and everything to run on both Gas and Propane. Very please with purchase

So we bought this to replace our Champion since we needed something a little bigger and able to run on propane. Was hoping to not need it any time soon--but a week after we got it and I got it setup we lost power. It handled our needs quite well but I still have some things to iron out regarding the propane and an icing issue (nothing to do with the generator itself). Even though it stalled after about 6 hours of running I am still very happy with the purchase..

Soon after generator was delivered I hooked it up to propane and filled with oil. Took 1.5 quarts (there was a 1 quart bottle included with generator need to buy the other 1/2 quart). Generator fired up and generated electricity. Hope it will have good longevity.

I bought this generator a little over a month ago, power went out in my moms house attempted to use it for the first time and motor was locked, power cord did not let me pull it, as well as the push to start option did not work. Followed all instructions of manual. Been trying to use the warranty for over a month but still have not been assisted with getting generator fix/replaced!

This gives me peace of mind living on the unstable Texas power grid. Dual fuel is even better, as there have been gasoline shortages too. Delivery was smooth and on-time. Unboxing and assembly was uneventful. And the 9500DF starts up reliably and the noise level is bearable. Highly recommended.
