I bought this one a week ago after Hurricane Beryl came through and we lost power for (3) days. I live on the Gulf Coast and had always planned on getting one but never did. My son as well as my son-law and daughter have the same generator. Theirs ran great.

This years hurrican season is estimated to be a busy one (2020). I bought this generator after researching generators and found this model to have the features I was looking for. It is dual fuel and has enough watts to run everything we'll need during a power outage.

I bought this generator a couple of weeks ago so far just started it and ran about half an hour runs great. I bought this because my 85 year old sister-in-law got one about 3 years ago and i go start it about every 3 months and it has never failed to start right up she has used it a couple of times when the power was off. She loves the key FOB.

Pretty straight forward out of the box. (I'm an Engineer and have electrical skills so if you don't you might need some help installing). We've not had a chance to utilize it as yet - which is always a good thing :) But on the test run it appeared to work just fine, ran everything we needed it to and even a house full of Christmas lights.

I just purchased it so I have not yet had an opportunity to use it during a power outage but the generator started right up in both gas and propane mode. It is heavy but very solidly built. When running it, it was actually a bit quieter than I expected for its size and capacity. I would have to agree with a number of other reviews that I previously read that the plastic wheels might need to eventually be replaced. So far I am very impressed.

I bought this a month ago, approximately used it for a few days for the first two weeks. I had it and then went out there to crank it and it won't start. Can't get it to do. Nothing was running fine when I shut it off the day before. Not happy at the moment

I BOUGHT THE WGEN9500DF LAST WEEK. IT HAS EVERYTHING I NEED AND MORE. I SPENT QUITE A WHILE LOOKING FOR A DUAL FUEL GENERATOR AND FINALLY FOUND THIS GENERATOR ON THE WESTINGHOUSE WEB PAGE. I PURCHASED A 6K DUAL FUEL FROM A COMPETITOR A FEW YEARS AGO, AND REALIZED I HAD MADE A MISTAKE WITH THE KW's. THEN AFTER ONLY 125 HOURS, I HAD TO TAKE IT TO THE SHOP. THIS MACHINE COMES WITH ACCESSORIES THAT OTHERS ONLY FURNISH AT ADDITIONAL COST. I HOPE THIS GENERATOR WILL DELIVER AS GOOD AS IT LOOKS! THIS HAS TO BE THE CAT'S MEOW!

I bought a WGen9500DF as a back up generator for the house since we live in hurricane country. Had the power go out due to a storm, it worked perfect, powered everything we needed for the 20 hrs we were out of power. I did not have a transfer switch at the time, that's being installed tomorrow, which will make it even easier when we lose main power. I highly recommend this generator, remote and push start are an awesome option.

Just received a week ago. I haven't hooked up any cables yet, but went through the manual to set-up and initial start. Fired right up. No issues. The manual can be a little tricky to figure out, but if you take your time, you'll get it. I'm looking forward to getting the cables I need and once that's done, bring on the rolling black-outs. I'm prepared this time!

I bought this unit today, brought it home, unpacked and assembled the wheels and supports, filled it with oil, hooked up the propane, and the engine started right up. I am very happy with the documentation and instructions. I only plan on using this gen in emergencies, but I live in Florida, so odds are it will get used.
