Generator arrived damaged and will not work. Have yet to receive any help from their tech support. Customer service just "elevates" the issue to tech support, and then you don't hear back from anybody. It's a shame because I was really excited for this generator since it had such great reviews. However if you need any help at all from them, you are out of luck.

Bought this generator on a Friday, it arrived the following Monday without any damage. Monday night I took it out of the box and put the tires and feet on it. Took the manuals inside and read through them. Next morning I went out and out I’ll in it, charted the battery, turned the switch over to propane and it started right up. Definitely love the digital voltage readout with the volts, frequency, and run hours on it. Definitely will help with maintenance. Can’t wait to see how this generator holds up in the future.

I bought this unit after my last generator blew up. After much research this is the product that won hands down! Packaging was excellent, not a scratch. Easy to follow instructions and assembly. Battery was charged, added fuel and would not start. There must have been an air bubble in the fuel line I can', after a shot of starting fluid I was off to the races. I cant wait for the power to go out again so I can run this puppy!

I bought this generator a couple weeks ago. We have not tested loading it up with connecting to our home but set up was easy. We did a test run with gas and propane. No problems. Push start is awesome! This generator is much quieter than expected. Nice surprise! Would recommend!

Just received my WGen9500DF and was very impressed with build quality and ease of set up out of box, remote start fob and battery charger were also an added benefit when comparing other brands in its class. My propane tank was being installed the same day I received my generator and after my propane sales rep. saw the features of the unit he said he said he will start recommending this unit to his customers.

Bought this on 8/19/21 .Out of the box just had to install wheels and add oil. About 15 minutes. Charged the battery up for about an hour. Added some gas and pushed the start button and started right up and ran smooth. I bought this one to work with a manual transfer switch. Will add another review when I lose power and put it to the test. I believe this is just what I need.

Easy assembly, a bit heavy but not unmanageable, definitely not portable though. One note on assembly, add the oil very slowly otherwise you'll spill it. I was finally able to get an interlock switch installed on my house and I should be able to run everything I need. It is loud but half of that is mechanical noise from the engine. It'll be running on propane so I'll have to alternate between, oven, dryer, and AC units but I can live with that during a total blackout like Texas had in February. Even if I never use it for a blackout it is worth the price for peace of mind.

I chose this generator after LOTS of research. It is very easy to set up, has lots of power, not as noisy as expected, dual fuel capable, has remote start key fob, simple push button start, simple to use, great control panel, lots of outlets, fuel gauge, hour meter, large fuel tank, comes with propane hose to connect to tank, comes with battery tender, comes with oil and spark plug wrench, very well built, great costumer service, easy to move, what more could you ask for!

After much research on what emergency generator to buy for my small farm place I decided on the WGen9500DF. Dual fuel was a must for me because the LP option allows it to sit ready to go without worry about shelf life for fuel. This machine is everything I hoped it would be. Dependable, easy to use, and simple set-up when it first arrived.

Bought this generator receently to replace our 20yr old unit. Was received on time and very well package, no shipping damage. Added oil, hooked to propane tank, connected battery and she fired right up !! So nice to have electric start!! No more pulling the cord until your shoulder hurts , and the remote is a very nice feature! Unit seems well built, hopefully will last a long time.
