absolutely horrible! not ripe at all! i order delivery because i am disabled, not able to walk and i assumed the batch would have been checked. to get a refund they said i had to return it. lol its cut open and i cant walk or drive. nice one sams club

Watermelon was over ripe and had hard areas in the middle of the red flesh plus texture was off. Not the best melon I have ever purchased. I ended up returning the melon for a refund. Will wait for new season of melons…the melons are usually very good!

Every time I buy a Watermelon from Sam's Club using Club Pickup it's Perfectly delicious! I usually shop at Sam's Club using this service so I have never really picked one out for myself. The watermelons are worth the price you get great value compared to paying at regular grocery stores. I use mine to make frozen fruit pops, watermelon/tomato salad, watermelon lemonade, and watermelon flavored alcoholic drinks.

This is fresh!! I knew it when you cut it first time the watermelon cracks and just have to follow thru the crack to slice it through. Taste does not disappoint either, crunchy and sweet. Good deep red color enticing you to eat it all. I will purchase again for a reasonable price of $6.98.

I bought 2 of these watermelons based on a previous purchase I had made. My recent purchase was a HORRIBLE experience. These watermelons are NOT seedless as advertised. They are NOT sweet as advertised!!!! They are disgustingtart tasting with seeds!!!! Waste of money!!!!!

This Water Mellon was so huge,I had to ask a stranger to lift it and put it in my cart. I wish my husband had not stayed at home that particular day. I have to admit the Water Mellon was so sweet I had to purchase another one the following week. I will be purchasing all my Water Mellon from Sam’s during the season.

Watermelon at Sam’s is hit or miss. You are taking a chance when purchasing this item. We have had good and bad melons from Sam’s. You can get your money back in the event that you pick one that is not so crisp or juicy, but then you’ve wasted your time and you have no melon for the family. I would not recommend these unless you have a kit of time in your hands and don’t really care if you have a good melon or not.

Absolutely awful watermelon. It was extremely disappointing as we buy these watermelons fairly frequently for halftime snack for my son's football. This one the rednfruit inside was split and beige. We didn't return it because we live quite away from the store and it was extremely inconvenient to return it very disappointed never had such poor produce from Sam's Club before or since.

I am disappointed with a recent watermelon purchase from Sam’s Club. This is the third time I’ve encountered quality issues. Specifically: • Mislabeling: The unit was sold as seedless but contained numerous seeds. • Poor Quality: The texture was extremely mushy rather than crisp. • Flavor Profile: The fruit had a sour, fermented taste and an unpleasant aftertaste.

Sams club routinely sells the worse fruit. The fruit is picked unrippened and shipped to the USA from other countriess. Its clear that Sams corporate either does not eat their own products or just don't care. Eating unrippened fruit is terrible tasting. I have also purchased unrippened plums which you can not eat out of the bag. The plums must rippen first and about the time you can begin eating the plums they go bad.
