Sam's watermelon quality of taste was extremely poor. Specifically, soggy and mushy on the inside. Just seems the melon should not be sold at this time of the year

This was a drive up order and the associate who picked my items picked the oldest watermelon they could find. I had to throw the whole thing away. It was white and dry inside. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately, the watermelon I bought from Sam's Club was really bad. It was overripe and had an awful taste; we couldn't eat it. I wish there was better quality control.

I’ve bought 3 watermelons from here and all 3 were rotten in the middle! The last one I did get my money back for, but I live 45 minutes away from the club so to have to go back is a pain. Very frustrating.

The absolute worst watermelon and $8 I’ve wasted in my life! This rubbery watermelon should have never been accepted by Sam’s to be sold in there stores. Check your sources before distributing disgusting counterfeit processed fruit!!!!

While you never know what you are going to get on a watermelon, this one was average. I guess ok for the start of the season. Didn't have much taste, ate some but tossed most of it

$10 for a WATERMELON😳, that is seedless (which means genetically engineered) NOT ORGANIC & not sweet. The texture was spongy. I can go to Wholefoods & get a cheaper melon that IS ORGANIC!

I paid $9 for a terrible product. It had a spongy consistency and the taste was awful! I was really surprised because the bottom half was yellow and that usually indicates the melons will be sweet. I won't be buying another one for a while.

None of the watermelons at any store have been great this year. The watermelons at Sam's have been good. I always look for the watermelon with the most yellow skin on it (it supposedly indicates it was allowed to ripen in the field). I will only buy watermelons that are grown in he USA because I have never had good luck with the watermelons grown in other areas.
