Very simple to set up and get going. Started up the first time after 3 pulls. After that its starts up on the first pull every time. Even though the unit is heavy, the handle and wheels make it easy to move around. I also really like the design and it has loads of features without being overwhelming.

This generator came in yesterday and I in boxed it packaging was great everything that was supposed to be in the box was in the box. Took literally 5 min to hook up the battery and to put the oil in the machine. Fired up on the first push of the button. Great running machine and super quiet for such of a monster it is

I bought this April 23. 2022 and the set up was super easy . Even included the oil and a funnel. The best part was the remote. I stood 50 feet area around the cornor of my concrete house to test it and it still worked. Its queit and has many features. It even included a battery charger so that stays charged if you dont use the genrator for a while. My only disappoimtment is that the charger I recieved you have to remember to only charge it once a month and if you leave it on by mistake it could fry the battery. I am working to get a diffrent charger from customer service and at least they are responding so we shall see. But its a minor issure even if frustrating in a otherwise everthing I was looking for in a generator.

tried it out and seems to be up to the demands we need start up was a little inconvenient had to set gen. on a bench to get the battery connected. the oil fill is not the best don't know what you would do in the future if you don't have the exact funnel.

I bought this a few days ago and really like it's small size and the fact it has wheels and a handle to move it around. It is really quiet when running and has all the controls on the front panel. I like that it has an hour meter built in which will help with routine maintenance. The electric start is really nice and easy to use; just turn the switch on and press the start button for 1 second and it does the rest.

I just received my 2nd unit…my 1st unit was plagued with problems…Westinghouse Service Dept were in constant contact with the issues and attempted to remedy the problems numerous times…once service and the repair shop determined the unit was beyond repair Service was quick to expedite a new unit. I received the new unit within 3 days and recently started the unit with no issues thanks for the heads up service.

Generator was easy to set up, fill it with the supplied oil, add some gas, connect the battery and push the start button! My wife loves the remote start key fob! We have an off grid camp in Maine and this will go great to supplement our small solar system as well as power construction tools when necessary.

From the beginning. As per Instructions I "pour the entire bottle of oil into the engine" and a couple of ounces overflow on the floor. No problem, just some oil. I drained down to correct level. Fast forward to engine start.. It will not stay running. An hour and a half later I've taken all 4 sides off of the unit. Found 2 motor mount bolts about to fall out, checked entire fuel system to find varnished fuel in the float bowl, and the main jet in the carburetor was pluged. making the unit only run with the choke on. After cleaning the carb, tightening bolts and reassembling everything It runs fine. Hooked up to the camper for a couple hrs. with lights, A/C, and Microwave running... All was good. However, I need to have the Illuminated Power switch on the Control Panel in the "ON" position to have the unit work with the Key Fob Remote. The Instruction book only mentions that Switch if you pull start with the rope, or use the start button on the panel. Maybe I need to look inside for something unplugged. Bottom line, when you get it running it performs quietly. But, the folks on the assembly line need to step up thier game.

So far it has met my expatiation. My old generator was very noisy. The only problem was finding the serial number. It was on a bar code at the lower back of the unit. No model number or other info that the product registration card says it would have. This should make my neighbors at the NASCAR races a lot happier. We have to run it at night for medical reasons.

I bought this because we often have power outages due to weather. After the last outage three weeks ago I started looking for better options compared to my pull start generator with low wats. This generator seems to fit my needs as it has good fuel efficiency, easy to start and quiet for the amount of power it provides.
