Just received. Box showed minor abuse in transit, but packaging protected product. Love the size, access to maintenance areas, id labels for everything, slide away handle and carry handles. After much research, I decided on the iGen4500 as my first ever generator. Positive customer reviews had much to do with it, but so did the features and specifications for this unit. I am looking forward to giving it a test run.

Love the look, the weight and the features! I added the oil (included) and added gas, and whalah I started it right up with my fob, then with push button start, then with 1 pull. Started right way and was soooo quiet! I love it almost as much as I love my new Camper that I bought this for

Bought this generator because it was rated low noise but it is a lot louder than we expected. The digital display is so confusing because it doesn't correspond with the key. (Example - there is no V for voltage) All in all it seems to be a great purchase.

If I wasn't having some issues it would be 5 stars.. I will edit the review up or down once I get to the bottom of it. Issues are as follows: one of the bolts is stripped out, the head is stripped and the threads.. The main problem is the fact that after I performed the 5 hour break in run, I performed the long term maintenance protocol and found the spark plug terribly fouled and there is black gunk buildup inside the chamber (thru the spark plug port). I used brand new non-ethanol gas and ran it less than 1850 watts just like the manual states. I am posting on forums and trying to get to the bottom of it... I am hoping to get a generator cover as well.

I’ve had this a week and have around 12 hours on it. It runs great with no issues. It won’t handle both of my rv air conditioners but they’re 22 years old and likely need more power to start up. So far we love this generator and it’s much less expensive than some competitors.

So far we are very happy with our purchase. This unit has an amazingly low decibel rating for the amount of power that it provides. Although we have not had to use it yet, this will be for our homes energy back up. This unit can power to fridges, our furnace fan, several lights, and some kitchen essentials. For us the quiet aspect was a must. If we have to use this overnight, we can trust that we will have enough runtime time to make it last through the night and not wake our neighbors.

I purchased this generator for my race trailer to power my trailer, charge my car in between rounds, and power my motorhome so I don't have to run my large diesel generator. Setup was quick and easy. This generator is super quiet. would recommend to everyone. Love the remote start feature as well.

The generator was received in perfect condition. Set up was simple and instructions were very clear. After adding the oil, gas and hooking up the battery the generator started as expected and run perfectly. I am a few hours into the break-in period and all is good.

I bought this product a month ago and went to use it when hurricane MILTON hit Florida it would only produce half power fortunately i had my 22 year old one that I was replacing to get me through 4 days of no power ... Needless to say very DISAPPOINTED Would Not Buy Again

We used this product to tailgate at a college football game for the weekend and it was perfect. The generator ran quietly and would throttle up and down as needed for electricity, extending the tank of gas. We brought 2 extra 5 gallon tanks and had plenty left over.
