After a lot of research I decided to go with the iGen 4500. After receiving my generator , I did the break-in. Two oil changes with no load and one oil change after 25% load (that's with the A/C(13500w), TV, Radio, Refridge, and all lights running on my camper) turning on the microwave it would go to 75% load. Gotta say no issues, except for overfilling oil and having to clean up that mess. It has started with ease with all 3 methods. Since it's my 1st generator, I'm hoping for many many years.

I have tried a couple of other comparable units to this one and this unit seems to be quitter. I've even found this unit starts easier than the fuel injected unit i tried. The starter doesn't sound like it is laboring trying to start. It kicks right off with the remote and stays active for more than 4 hrs. in standby mode. Price wise the unit was lower than most of the others and if you shop around a little you may find it a bit cheaper as well. Very Happy so far!

Bought this unit to run our trailer and it worked perfectly for our requirements. Unit is so quiet we were standing next to it and was talking normally without raising our voices. Nice to know if we need more power we can purchase another unit and parallel connect for that requirement.

Great generator to use for RV boondocking! Love how quiet it is and easy to maneuver. It also lasted longer than expected. We were able to use it about an average of 12 hrs without filling up with gas. It also has a remote which is super convenient. Great purchase!

We have used the generator in our boat. It will run water heater, fridge, coffee maker, 30 amp battery charger with no problem. It will not consistently start my onboard ac/heat as the unit has to many amp spike at start up. When it does get it started the generator handles the load no problem. Run time remaining, volts, fuel level, total hrs, fuel gauge, load level all very nice and works great! Just going to change oil at 17 hours (1 tank of fuel). Will report back after getting more run time. Right now I would replace it tomorrow if I needed a generator again. Very happy!

Bought this inverter generator for my 30 amp TT and oh man let me tell you I was surprised. First off after unboxing it and got it ready with oul and gas it started right up with the remote start, push start and pull start. Then after it was running I plugged my TT into it and went inside started turning everything on that would possibly run on shore power. As I was sitting inside my TT I couldn't even hear it running compared to my other generator. So now when I go dry camping I dont have to listen to my loud generator. Very pleased with my purchase of the product and a great investment.

We purchased this unit to power up our travel trailer in the fall of last year but just got around to powering it up this past weekend. We look forward to using it both in the travel trailer and for the house when the power goes out. We love the quietness of this unit and the ease of starting it. Three options to start: Pull chord, push button and remote. As senior citizens, ease of operation is imperative.

I was looking for a quiet generator for my RV that was able to safely run my electronic devices. This fit the bill. The run time is excellant for the size of the generator and it is very quiet. No shortage of power either. I was able to run a 15,000 btu air conditioner and all of the RV electronics to include a residential refrigerater and convection microwave without any problem. I am definitely happy with my purchase so far.

The size if perfect to run both my RV and use for back up power at the house during a power outage. The remote start was the main feature I was looking for while searching for the right generator. Fuel efficiency, quite operation and safe for sensitive electronics are a huge bonus one gets with an inverter generator. Westinghouse got it right!

I BOUGHT IT FOR MY TRAVEL TRAILER. I LIKE THE REMOTE START, THE WHEELS AND HANDEL. IT RUNS 12,500 A/C & MICROWAVE AT THE SAME TIME. IT IS QUIET & I LIKE THE 30 A PLUG. THE AUTO CHOKE DOES NOT WORK! TO START IT YOU HAVE TO TAKE OFF THE SIDE PANEL & WITH A SCREW DRIVER CLOSE THE CHOKE.
