I just setup the generator with no problems. I've purchased this to replace a 25 year old Honda that I use with our 5th wheel camper. I particularly like the weight and the handles for getting it off and on my truck. I'm looking forward to using it in the next couple of days.

The size if perfect to run both my RV and use for back up power at the house during a power outage. The remote start was the main feature I was looking for while searching for the right generator. Fuel efficiency, quite operation and safe for sensitive electronics are a huge bonus one gets with an inverter generator. Westinghouse got it right!

When I purchased the product it did not come with the item listed in the manual so I called and they were shipped to me. The plastic exterior all cracked and we were sent the pieces but due to the construction it took an experienced mechanically inclined person over 3 hours to replace. We did an oil change at the same time and 1 month later after running it roughly 14 hours it stops running. Just about 1 year to the date of original purchase. This is too much maintenance. Pros are it is very quiet when it ran and used very little gas.

I bought this product just a couple of weeks ago and love it. Works great for my RV. I like the fact that if i want to run the whole RV i could just get another one and link them, but for now I’m just happy i can run 1 a/c and everything else in a pinch.

I got this for off grid camping about 2 weeks ago, this thing is so quiet! It runs like a dream, library quiet and cemetery smooth, can barely tell I’m running a generator. I’ve been borrowing my buddies Westinghouse IGen 4500 for several weeks now and I have been extremely impressed with this generator. I recently bought my own, my family and I like to camp off grid in our rv as much as possible throughout the year. This generator has been able to keep my air conditioner, all my appliances, plugs, lights, tv, and some other equipment running at one time during the summer and does everything I need it to do in the winter aswell. It’s very quiet so you can have it running at night while everyone is sleeping without bugging or waking anyone. It shipped to me in perfect condition and required very little work to get the generator started and running. I give the westinghouse IGen4500 5 stars because it deserves it.

I bought this to power my fifth wheel trailer. Very please with the ease of use and start up. from the inside of the fifth wheel trailer I can barely hear the generator running it’s so quiet. I shopped around the other brands and they could not compete to the all-around ease-of-use, quiet, starting options, price point and reliability.

I purchased this product in anticipation of upcoming power outages. Since I live in the gulf coast area its not if but when and for how long. I have found myself unprepared to many times in the past and would like to have basic power for essentials in the future.

I just started using the product and only have a couple of hours on it and it seems to work quite well to recharge the batteries on my 2018 Rockwood minilite trailer. Has to perform an easy fix of an electrical connector which disconnected due to shipping but otherwise very nice. I like the electric and remote start features.
