I picked it up on Wednesday read manuals went out Saturday 1/30/21put the oil and gas in it looked it all over turn the switches on went with the true start gave it 2 pulls and it fired right up. I was really surprised at how quite it actually is I have an other generator that is 57 db and it is much louder. I really think this will be a great back up and an even nicer addition to the camper.

The unit arrived with minimal damage to the packaging, however the plastic housing on one side was cracked. I called customer service and I am currently waiting for a replacement piece. I have used the generator just a few minutes and it is easy to use. I had it running my 15,000 BTU rv a/c with no problem. So far I am very happy with this product. The one thing that needs to be mentioned is that this generator needs a high altitude kit to run properly at any altitude over 2000'. It is easy to install, but it is not mentioned in the literature.

Just got it a couple days ago, so haven't got to use it. We got everything hooked up and fired it up. Hooked it up to camper and turned ac on and it did what it was suppose to do. So much quieter than my previous generators. Going camping next week with it.

I recently purchased the iGen 4500 for home use because we tend to lose power several time a year. Today, I started it for the first time - and it was as smooth a silk. The engineering on the machine is quite consumer friendly, especially the telescoping handle -genius ! I did have one question about the initially start-up so I called customer service. My question was answered quickly and with knowledge. Now this is my first impression of the I Gen. I am confident that it will prove true and reliable when I really need it.

Ran great for 2 months while boon docking, then it didn’t run at all. Tried everything the Westinghouse techs suggested to no avail. Even though I was beyond the 40 day replacement limit and because I was beyond 100 miles from the nearest authorized service facility they sent me a new replacement unit. Very happy with their service.

Only issues I had were that it ws difficult to tell when I had filled it with the proper amount of oil, and getting the battery cables connected together was very difficult because of the tight space, sharp edges of the case, and very short leads that it made it difficult for the very tight plug.

was a little skeptical at first about making this purchase, there were a lot of reviews about a choke wire coming off and then the generator not running correctly. I figured I would bite the bullet and give it a try I am a handy guy and there are enough videos and info on the web to show you how to resolve the issue. So I did not have any issues so far so good> This is a great little unit already had other campers ask and inquire about it. No regrets so far ease of operation display panel easy to understand would recommend and have recommended to others.

Only had this a couple weeks but extremely satisfied with quick delivery as ease of setup. Instructions do say to add entire bottle of oil that is included with the generator. Although I found if you add entire bottle it will slightly overfill it. Runs great and extremely quiet.

I bought this generator to replace the Onen 4K generator in my motor home. I have had to remodel the compartment just a little to make it fit but so far I think it will do the job well. The fuel economy, the quietness and the remote start makes this an excellent choice for camping, RVing or backup power for the home.

I pulled a Champion generator out of my race trailer and installed the Westinghouse iGen4500c. It was the best decision I have ever made. The Westinghouse generator runs my a/c unit and my pit lights with no problem. It is so quiet you can hardly hear it running in the pits. I am very impressed with this product!
