Just purchased, shipping turned out good, was a little worried got to me late. Tracking through ups showed it was almost to me but went back to where it shipped from so it was handled a lot but showed up in good shape. After reading other reviews was a little worried about the first start up, it didn’t start on first try but after a little messing around fired up, I noticed if I hold the start button down for a bit the little green light starts to blink then release the start button tap the button again and it started right up, worked that way with the remote also, not sure why? Love the options especially the remote start it’s new home is in my pull behind camper. It may be a Little noisier than the Onan 4000 that the camper came with but couldn’t justify the money to repair or replace the onan.

We bought this to replace a loud older generator that we used with our camper. It is a dream, it is quiet, the remote is awesome and it runs the AC in the Colorado Mountains. This was easy to set up out of the box and use and we would highly recommend it to anyone!

I bought this last november because we seem to loose our power every time a storm comes through. My wife raises chickens. A big part of that is running incubaters to hatch chicken eggs. The eggs must be kept at precise temperatures and humidity for a successfull hatch. When the powe goes out, the baby chickens are lost. Since we have gotten the generator, we have not lost a single chicken because of power falure. Considering buying another one.

My husband did ALOT of research on generators before deciding on this one. We were lucky enough to get one before they sold out, they were hard to find anywhere in the middle of June! This generator is great, and super quiet. The best part is the remote control. I can start it and turn it off from inside our camper trailer!

I was super impressed with how quiet this iGEN4500 was. I live in the South so I not only wanted this for my RV but also for Hurricanes. My old generator would wake the dead. This one you could sleep by. At 98 lbs it is a little heavy but not to heavy. Very well made. Would certainly recommend to others looking for a powerful quiet generator.

I bought this in early March of 2022. I finally got it set up. I was looking for something under 100 lbs that would do the job and this fit the bill. It was rather easy to set up, except it would for access to the oil. It is easier with small hands, but I sure get it. This unit is compact, started right up with the auto start and very quite out of the gate. I am happy with this purchase, since I have back issues and will need this to be mobile if needed. This is an insurance policy for the house and refrigerator and freeze if needed. Hoping to never really needed, but for the purpose I bought it for the weight, wheels, quiteness and auto start are going to make me sleep a bit better.

Just received our new generator and looking forward to using it with our RV. We've read through the instructions and they are pretty straight forward. We look forward to many camping trips with our new generator and all the options that come with it.

I bought this unit to replace an older onboard genset for my RV. It arrived within 4 days of placing the order. Everything went well in opening and going through the start up process. Unit fired right up and ran consistent. Very pleased with this purchase and may consider a second unit for our home.

We bought this a month ago and have used it a few times while camping. It powers our 31-foot trailer and we have had no issues. It is simple to start and is fairly quiet. It runs everything we need - microwave, air conditioner, fridge, and lights. It could not power our air conditioner and microwave at the same time - but this is not a big deal for us. The displays (Fuel Level, Power Output, Remaining Run Time, Voltage Output, and Lifetime Hours) are easy to read from a distance. We are happy with this purchase.
