I just bought it. Timely delivery, nicely packaged and handled with care for shipping. I took it out of the box followed the easy startup instructions, it started right up and is running great can not wait to get it out camping, and it runs quietly sure it will not bother anybody. I love it so far, the weight of107 lbs is a little heavy for me but will have help to load and unload it while camping

I bought this in may of 2023 to use with our camper. Last trip it suddenly shut off. Checked fuel, has fuel, air filter clean, changed spark plug, it cranks over but won’t fire up. Trying to go through warranty process now so who knows how long this will take.

The iGen5000c generator was purchased following a massive windstorm that left us without power for nearly three days. It arrived well packaged, and setup was easy. Instructions were clear and once the battery was connected, oil and fuel added, it ran smoothly from the start. I have yet to put much of a load on it but so far, I am quite pleased with the IGen5000c.

I am really impressed with this generator, and it's why I picked it. It has a lot more features and for the price, I couldn't find anything better. It has one of the biggest fuel tanks so it lasts much longer than the competition. It comes with a remote starter and indicates how much fuel is left. This is my second product from Westinghouse and will go to them if there is a next time!

I bought this in a pinch for a weekend camping trip because my old one quit working and so far it's been great. It runs much longer on a tank of gas than my old one and is a little bigger. The display showing the time remaining is also a great feature.

I purchased this generator several months ago and have used it enough at this point to be very pleased with its performance. I use it for home backup on power failures, and for my travel trailer (where it powers a Central A/C unit). I put it on a Durhand motorcycle lift, so I can wheel it around and raise it to the backup of my pickup truck with ease (I'm 75, it's a bit heavy for me to lift). Electric start has worked flawlessly, and I appreciate the large capacity tank.

We bought this to replace a loud older generator that we used with our camper. It is a dream, it is quiet, the remote is awesome and it runs the AC in the Colorado Mountains. This was easy to set up out of the box and use and we would highly recommend it to anyone!

About 1/2 hour after it arrived, I put in oil, gas and hooked up the battery and it started right up. We got it for out 29' travel trailer. It will run the AC and microwave at the same time with power to spare. I love the readout that gives you the power usage and of course the remote start. The 30A plug was installed in the correct orientation to allow the card to hang correctly.

This is a great generator and I can’t believe how quiet it is. I don’t understand why the Quick Start guide and the owners manual make no mention of the battery connection required prior to the first start. I was afraid I had a defective unit or defective automatic choke but figured out that the battery was not connected for shipping, but it wasn’t obvious when looking at the connections. It has plugs that have to be pushed together but both ends were tucked behind the housing and battery. I removed the battery and discovered the plugs. Again, neither manual makes any mention of it. Once I figured that out it started immediately with the start button, the remote and the recoil. I really hope this ends up being a reliable generator since it has such great features and power for its size.

After weeks of research, I purchased the igen4500. I had read about various issues associated with the choke and upside down 30amp plug. Both of these issues appear to have been resolved in the manufacturing process as neither materialized on my unit. Added oil and fuel, started up straight away. 2 days later I ran it for 24 hrs in 40 degree, humid conditions without issue. Fully satisfied.
