Bought the iGen4500 after looking at the reviews and comparing it to other inverter generators. It seems to work as advertised so far, although I'm still in the break-in period. I like the overall features and its portability, although it is rather (very) heavy if you have to pick it up, like to put it in the back of a van, truck, etc. While I wouldn't consider it quiet, it is a lot less noisy than other generators that I've heard. I've only tried it at about 40% load, but it seems to auto-throttle smoothly. I haven't tried the USB ports yet, but I suspect they'll work just fine. All the other features seems to operate as expected.

I bought this a week ago and have only used a couple of times. was able to power a small cabin with lights and fans while charging cordless tool batteries, running a small air compressor and a table saw all at the same time! Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the gas gauge hasn't worked on it since I got it and I haven't used it that much. So I guess time will tell if this is a well built machine.

I spent a lot of time researching what Brand of generator to get and I landed on Westinghouse and wanted to get at least a 5000 watt model. I tested out my new iGen5000c and it is absolutely amazing and is super quiet. I couldn’t have asked for a better product!

The generator was deliveredtimely and in great condition. Everything appears to be in working order, although I haven’t owned it very long. Time will tell. I purchased this generator over others, because I add value to the Westinghouse brand. So far, they haven’t disappointed me.

I purchased this generator to provide power for a used Class C RV that had a non-working onboard generator. 4500 watts was plenty to run the air conditioning and the rest of the coach and it's super-quiet. Mounted on a rack on front of the coach, you can barely hear it inside.

Picked up earlier today. Followed setup and started on first attempt. Ran for about 10 mins no load. More no load to follow. This iGen4500 is replacing several top tier inverters that have been subject to multiple recalls. You only get one first impression. This one is awesome. Quality shows

Bought it for our 26ft RV for a trip with a bunch of friends. Place we were staying didn't have any hookups so we needed something. Generator had enough power to run everything we needed and still was running between 50%-75% capacity. What we really liked is how quiet it was compared to other generators others had.

Item arrived intact and started without any issues. Generator is easily holding the power consumption drawn by my RV trailer (AC cooling at full capacity, fridge and microwave) did not have this generator for long and will report back after a year to provide a more detailed review.

Great features like having wheels to be moved easily. Extremely quiet operation, easy to setup and use and the remote control feature is convenient! Been researching these inverter generators for months and glad I purchased this brand and model. Additionally, you can connect two up at once for even more power if needed!

Just got it a couple days ago, so haven't got to use it. We got everything hooked up and fired it up. Hooked it up to camper and turned ac on and it did what it was suppose to do. So much quieter than my previous generators. Going camping next week with it.
