I can’t get past step one. The tabs will not snap into place. Do I push the panel straight down or at an angle and if at an angle does the front or back go in first? I’ve read the directions over and over and watched the video, but nothing is helping!!! Why can’t things come assembled??? If this ever gets assembled it looks like it would be a nice deck box.

First - this things is BIG. Be sure you have room for it. I took me about 20 minutes to assemble working alone. Directions could use some improvement but it is pretty straight forward if you look at what you have. Totally dry inside after getting a 3 inch rain event.

I LOVE this huge container, I can get so many large patio things stashed in there for winter. I was calling to get a new hinge and shock for one side. Altho I didn't have my receipt and purchase date anymore, the customer service gentleman is sending me the parts free of charge!! yaaay! Thank you so much!! I am a customer forever!

The pistons and mounting hardware rusted badly after only a short time. Customer service told me that rust is not covered under the ten year warranty since it is considered to be an "environmental issue". I had assumed that this box was designed to withstand the outdoors environment and prevent rust since it is advertised as an OUTDOOR storage box. Very disappointed all around!

Bought this in 06-2014 and placed in the open. A week after a torrential downpour I noticed a terrible odor emanating from this deck box. I pulled all the stuff out only to realize that the panels filled high enough with rain water so that the interior weep holes began to expel water into the deck box. This was very disappointing as my other deck boxes are WATERPROOF. Lifetime Customer Service said they make no claim of being waterproof - so I'm the idiot in this transaction. If you buy this to store under a covering, you'll be fine but outside in the elements is NOT the place for this deck box. Look for a Suncast instead.

I wanted a container that would allow for patio cushions , of which one is a long bench cushion. This container is perfect. There is plenty of room. I even put my birdbath solar fountains inside....and there still is more available room. This was relatively easy to put together. Some of the screws go directly into/through the plastic and requires arm strength. Instead, I punched the holes first with a Phillips screwdriver to "open" the holes. That made it easier. I would recommend this- price & size are perfect.

I just purchased 2 60012 boxes and am very satisfied. I was short one small item and no problem them sending it. Easy assembly, only front and rear panels difficult to fasten to floor panel, but a little wd40 fixed that, and happy about made in USA.

This deck box holds 11 cushions for our patio furniture. We didn't want to leave the cushions on the furniture as we were concerned of mold from rain, fading from sun, bird messes so we bought this deck box. We had a very heavy rain the night we used this box for the first day and our pillows stayed totally dry!

I needed to be able to store and organize a garage. I bought 7 lifetime boxes and they are very sturdy and work well for what I needed. I have some other boxes around my pool and they have not held up very well. Time will tell how the lifetime boxes do.

Very easy construction. Pieces fit together perfectly and are rigid and sturdy. Have no qualms about leaving it out in the rain and snow as I can't perceive how any moisture will find its way inside. 130 gallon size is plenty large to hold all our cushions yet its footprint is small enough as to not to be too noticeable.
