[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this for storage of cushions, life vests and bulky items at a summer place. It is perfect for our needs. Easy to put together, all needed parts were included (other than screwdriver) and went together quickly. Good quality and good warranty. Heavy duty lid allows for extra seating too. Neutral color looks nice on the deck. Wished we thought to purchase before now. After seeing some children's playground pieces and their durability, I knew this was a quality company. Definitely recommend - and it is made in the USA!

This is a very sturdy, well designed storage box that can withstand rain and weather. It easily stores my grilling supplies including 2-15# bags of lump coal! chimney starter! small waste basket, 2 folding chairs and 2 side shelves for grill. Oh, and a can holding bird seed. As with all products that require assembly, be sure to read and follow the instructions.

This was the perfrect size for storing our outdoor chair cushions. The instructions were fairly well illustrated and all but the top was very easy to assemble. You do need tools that are not included and all the hardware goes to assemblng the top. A rubber mallet is indispensible. Assembled, top is easy to open with the 2 shock absorbers. It is perfect for our needs and am really happy with the price and quality.

We purchased this 130 gallon storage box to replace the cedar chest at the end of our bed. It holds all the linens, blankets and pillows that we needed to store. Plus it is used to sit on to put on our shoes. Great storage box, I feel that we will have it a long time.

I purchased one of these cabinets 2 yrs ago and found we needed another one and bought it this week. It is a great cabinet for storing cushions -- they never get wet when it rains. Or for pool toys when the kids are done playing. The instructions are great -- there were two items I figured out but would have made the set up eaiser if they had been included -- the need for a phillips head screwdriver and the parts inventory was missing the screws that required the use of the screwdriver. The instructions included that informaiton when you get to that page -- it would have been easier if all the tools had been listed.

We received this to replace a Rubbermaid one we had purchased through Sam's Club. The Rubbermaid one was of terrible construction and the top lid would fall down on your head easily. I saw this one and it looked better made so we ended up with two of them. The first one took a lot longer than expected as it was hard to screw in all the parts, but it is well made. The second box which we put together several weeks later went together much easier. Overall since they are outside and contain chair cushions, I have not had any leaks but it still shifts meaning the lid is off which if you put a lock on it should cure that. I haven't gotten around to it yet but plan to prior to the winter.

We just completed construction of our pool and needed a place to store pool cleaning equipment. This 130 gallon deck box did the job! Quality can't be topped by any other product (we looked around the house & realized we have 5 other Lifetime products). The hinged lid works great and as a bonus provides extra seating. The look is contemporary and it fits in with our furniture & Florida lifestyle. A great buy.

We had our Lifetime Products outdoor pool storage box several years and all the metal connections rusted. I called to get a price on replacement parts because the rest of the unit was in perfect condition. They no longer make this unit so they shipped a full replacement storage box to us free of charge to cover the remainder of our 10 year warranty! You can’t find customer service like this very often. Thank you Lifetime Products!!

My daughter-in-law was frustrated with all the outdoor items that had no place to be stored out of sight. This made a perfect solution. It was delivered by Sam's straight to their home. Although not a gift to put under the tree, it was one that was greatly appreciated. They had no issues in assembling it, it had all the parts and now they are enjoying a place for storage that looks nice and can also provide extra seating as well. It rates high marks for durability, practicality and adding attractiveness for their outdoor things, including dog toys! They live in Florida and we live in Georgia so logistics weren't even an issue. No heavy box to try to put in a vehicle and transport fof us or them! Thanks to Sam's Club for supplying this product! Both families are very pleased with it as well!

I am happy with my purchase, well made and keeps my garden tools dry. It took us (2 people) 2 hours to assemble. We carefully drilled holes to assemble with screws, but the factory pre-drilled holes were messy and caused the screws to go in at an angle. We sanded down those areas, which helped. They could improve box design so you could actually get a wrench around screws in Step 2.11 (see picture)
