Husband assembled our new deck box with no problems. Before filling with all our many outdoor pillows and cushions, we left it empty to test its weather-worthiness after a few days of moderate rain. Husband's report this morning was that it is "dry as a bone" inside. Excellent! This box is spacious, strong enough to sit on, and has a neat, durable look. Great --- and well-priced.

I purchased this bin as it was rated the best in terms of durability and water tightness. I bought it for the sole purpose of storing extra feed bags and hay for my horse. I was thrilled at how easy it was to put together. I was planning on using my battery-operated Ryobi for the whole job, however because of a few tight places, there were a few times I had to use a couple of flat-style wrenches. I've never put one of these bins together and it took me approximately 45 minutes. Nice clear instructions and all the holes lined up properly!

In the front were the lock goes it could have metal reinforcement and a small lip to help it with weather resistance. the lid has some different shading from the molding process. I added some small pieces of weather strip inside to make sure no bugs get in but it may not be needed. It seems to be great for the cushions and I've had no problem with any water inside for months few weeks I have owned it. It looks like it could use stronger shock but I have had no issue with them yet.

I purchased this large box to store things outside on my patio. A squirrel figured out I had seed inside and tried to chew a whole into it. I called the company to purchase another lid. They instead gave me a new lid under warranty. What a pleasant surprise! Thank you and I will continue to use and recommend these products to others.

I bought a deck box about 3 years ago. My house is right by the ocean and gets sea spray during storms. The hinges rusted out on the box which was not unexpected. When I contacted the company to try to buy new hinges I explained the situation. They just replaced them for free no questions asked. This was unexpected and I was very pleased.

I bought this 4 years ago and it continues to look and work nicely. We store pool chemicals in it and the chlorine fumes pretty much destroyed the metal hinges. Four years later, no problem - they sent a free pair f hinges out to replace the old ones. Looks as good as new inside and out.

Fast shipping from Walmart. Easy to put together and has a lot of storage space. It hasn't rained yet so don't know if it will keep the rain out, but it appears that it will. It looks great on the patio and is sturdy. It is even lockable with a padlock.

When the deck box arrived, one of the panels was damaged, I call customer service, a real person answered, I explained the damage, he said no problem we will get you a new panel out asap, as promised it came Fedx next day. We love the hinges, will definitely stay closed. Fits our lawn chairs and umbrella. It really is big and will hold lots of outdoor items. We built a cart with wheels, to size, to make it easier to move around, didn't want to damage deck or container by dragging it across the deck.
