It was good, the only thing i was disappointed is that they didn't have it at the store i had to order it fir next day puck up.

Very satisfied with the cut not too much fat but enough to make it juicy! Made our thanksgiving perfect for my non Turkey loving family!!

The meat had over 4 pounds of fat. There is no savings purchasing the slab in my opinion. Better to purchase the pre-cut steak. The flavor of steak was good.

I bought a 15.5 lb New York strip lion, 3 lb of it was fat. The actual price of edible meat is more like $12/lb. I also had to cut them up and vacuum sealed them. In my opinion, it's not worth the effort to save 25 cents per lb versus those already trimmed and packaged in smaller packs.

We bought this and cut our own steaks and I don't think we'll go back to buying pre-cut steaks. The meat is delicious and we saved about 70 bucks doing it this way so that was awesome and it really wasn't too much work to cut them up and freeze them! I do wish there was a little more fat trimmed before being sold but not enough to remove a star!

The steaks are flavorful, the marbling is ok. However I bought a, 13lb piece at $10 a lb (approx) after trimming I had 2.2lbs of fat, which means I paid over $20 for fat or add $2 per lb to the steaks. Overall, not bad but not great. I probably won't buy this again unless they start trimming the meat before packing %26 pricing.

I shop at the Bowling Green KY location and have wasted my time 3 times going in store looking for this cut of meat. It always shows in stock and available for pickup at this location, yet every time I come in its never available. This is the case with multiple oth items too. I genuinely do not understand why you would constantly list a product as available if it its something you actually sell. I know this isn't a mistake as i ask about the item in store the last time I came in to buy it and was told they don't carry it. I really wish you wouldn't be so misleading about the products you carry.

More sirloin than Strip feel like I got snookered.

Great cut of meat , made some thick juicy tender steaks. Good quality. Fair price.
