I buy whole portions, because I like to cut my own steaks and vacuum seal them. Very good marbling and very tender, if you know what you're doing. They keep quite a while sealed. last week I had rib-eye, I sealed last year, and it's fine. I'm getting a whole Rib-eye today.

If you like New York strips, this is exactly for you. The cost of precut and packaged New York strips is a waste of money. Everyone has a knife and a cutting board to cut steaks as thin or thick as you like. Vacuum seal and enjoy when you like.

Got 14 huge steaks out of it. Wonderful flavor. Leftover pieces and trimmings go into a beef stroganoff.

We enjoy a good steak on occasion. This occasion was for family and Thanksgiving. We like cut steaks ourselves so buy a primal cut. Everyone was very pleased with their steak and leftovers were excellent as well!

Meat came with bones still attached. I would NOT have chosen this piece of beef at the store due to excessive fat. You should consider better trimming. A fifteen pound piece of meat should not have five pounds of fat at 9.00 a pound.

Over 3 lbs of 1” thick fat. That’s over $30 for fat alone. Sam’s did refund the value, however.

I ordered a strip roast and received a sirloin roast.
