Amazing steal

these were great steaks but every time I try to order it they just keep canceling it.

Too much fat. Not much meat

4lbs out of 13lbs are fat. I won't buy this again.

Taste is very mild or more like watered down not the usual taste if a NY steak

I personally love the fatty beef, I cut it off and make beef tallow with it.

Good quality choice beef. Just as good of quality as what they sell prepackaged. I cut this up in the matter of minutes cutting at 1.5 inch steaks. Very tasty.

i wanted to buy a case to save 50 cents a lb. they wanted to charge 50 cents a lb to cut into steaks. so NO savings. they lost over a $700 sale. i bought a single pk at $8.48lb. the steaks were nice. ok amt of fat on top...just trimmed some off w no real loss.

Out of the 6.35lb whole beef loin, there was 1.2lbs of silver skin and fat. To give you an idea how much you're trimmings there are. It's 8 dollars less to buy 5.4lbs of beef filet at HEB already cut and packaged.
