The hinges for the Composter had rusted through so I called the Customer Service. The wait on the Customer Service Line was a little long, but as soon as I was able to connect with Drocha everything worked out pleasantly. She asked me to provide her with pictures of the rusted out hinges and within 2 days they were in my mail box. She was a pleasant and thorough.

Just assembled. Can't wait to transfer from the old double barrel to get this one going!

I purchased the composter about 4 years ago and it has done great work for me. I had to purchase new hinges last week which were shipped immediately and worked well!

Set aside about 4 hours to put this together and that is if things go smoothly. Had to drill out some plastic nuts they provide. Once completed, one on the barrels didn’t lock. Tried calling for support and hung up because wait time was too long.
