Great customer service, the hinges broke off and the door open mechanism was damaged during the mulching cycle, replacement parts was forwarded to me at no cost, thanks Jonathan

My opening mechanism & hinges have rusted and I am having a hard time finding replacement parts. Since the plastic drums still seem like good parts- I wish I could just upgrade the metal components. Please contact me if that possible, thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great composter. Love the fact that we can use both bins to continue to compost while the other side is working.

I bought this about 2 years ago. some of the hinges and parts inside have rusted, but they have sent me new parts and i am thrilled. Not many things you buy make it so easy to solve simple problems. super thankful

I bought the composter 3-4 yr ago. Up today happy with it. However, one of the hinges broke due to rust. Also the mechanisms to close the door is rusted and now is difficult to operate. Seems very close to broke and this will make the bin úseles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the double composer and it works very well. I only need to replace the Aeration Tube due to corrosion

Have been waiting for replacement covers that never happened. Call to lifetime resulted in company sending me brand new complete tumblers. Great customer service. High five. Cannot go wrong with Lifetime

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hinges tend to rust but the company stood behind them and sent me three replacements. Otherwise the composter is awesome.
