Great customer service, the hinges broke off and the door open mechanism was damaged during the mulching cycle, replacement parts was forwarded to me at no cost, thanks Jonathan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My unit ended up having some rust and corrosion problems. They replaced every rusted part for free.

I was AMAZED at the quality and the Richness of the end product! Its really easy to use and is very well made (Lifetime!)...We now have an edless supply of Garden Compost...Wonderful Product.

One of the bins on my composter was rusted shut and as a result of that had to really pull on it to get it opened - I called customer support and sure enough once they got the replacement parts they sent them out and the rest is NEW history

Purchased 5 years ago,and the tumblers provided my gardens with full of nutritions they needed. Upon requested, they supplied a new full set of accessories including the tumbler's hook/loop for replacing the old rusted ones. It is great service.

I really liked my composter and thought it worked great. First one set of hinges broke. The company sent me replacement hinges but I could not get the old one off due to rust. Now the other side is broken. I am disappointed that rust was an issue.

Delivery came within specified time. Product is very study and solid, but extremely easy to use. Took a little longer to assemble than expected, but well worth the effort. Can't wait for the first round of "finished" product!!!

I bought this unit in August, 2012. Our temperatures can range from -30 to almost 100. It has held up throughout these temperatures and, on occasion, from overfilling.

We bought this composter from Costco sometime ago since we didn't have much luck with one we'd purchased previously. We thought this would be ideal having the 2 tumblers to spin,making the breakdown of materials so much easier.

Overall I am happy with this product and would recommend it. The only issue i have had is the hinges can stiffen up so I would I recommend some oil occasionally.
