Bought mine 2 years ago. One of the hinges needed to be replaced. Customer service was excellent. Shipped the parts promptly. Courteous and professional all the way.

I spoke to Adam Edwards, he was great helped me figure out what replacement parts I needed. Guided me to take photos of my existing parts to make sure we got the right ones. All and all above and beyond what I was expecting.

The composter works great. However, I did break two parts during the 2 years I have had the composter. Lifetime really means Lifetime. Each time they sent me new parts -- and did not even charge me for them. That is great customer service

We bought the composter 3 years ago. We recently found an issue with one of the legs. Lifetime got back to us the same day, and the issue was resolved immediately. This is customer service at its best!

For any item that has metal, rust happens. My double composted has required replacement hinges twice over the past several years. These folks stepped up and sent me parts no charge. Find someone else that would do that. You won't!

The metal hinges on our duel composter rusted away. The company replaced the entire unit without amy problems. We would definitely recommend the Lifetime company to do business with.

I was given one of these rotating composters and shortly thereafter the hinge rusted out/broke. I contacted Lifetime and they sent a replacement hinge no questions asked.
