The hinges on my composter rusted shut making it unusable. An email to Lifetime resulted in a very rapid response and immediate shipment of the replacement parts.

The composter works great. However, I did break two parts during the 2 years I have had the composter. Lifetime really means Lifetime. Each time they sent me new parts -- and did not even charge me for them. That is great customer service

The metal hinges on our duel composter rusted away. The company replaced the entire unit without amy problems. We would definitely recommend the Lifetime company to do business with.
