I've had this composter for several years but the hinges on one of the bins rusted and will no longer operate. A new set is being sent to me free of charge. Great service!

I've used my composters for years. Lifetime has always provided free parts when needed…even after the warranty expired. Of course, I don't expect it will go on forever.

The hinge failed on our Composter. We contacted the company and they were very expeditious in satisfying the warranty at no cost to us. This was handled with complete professionally and courtesy for which we are thankful.

I needed a part for my composter that I purchased in 2012. I had to wait a while to speak with someone but once we connected he was very helpful and the parts arrived promptly. I am a happy customer!
