Very fatty and a couple imperfections.

Bought to serve for Christmas dinner had no flavor very tough. Wish we had bought differnt cut of beef wont purchase again.

Looks great! I bought the whole roast in cryovac. Plan to make a couple steake, roasts and some beef jerky.

It was exactly what I was looking g for. The only issue and one of the packages weren't sealed all the way and spilled blood in my car.

I trimmed the gristle, marinated the meat, cooked sous vide, sliced against the grain and after all that it was still flavorless and incredibly tough.

Two weeks ago I went to the club in Midlothian bought big sirloin tip, over $40 bag after I got back home and open it we couldn't stand around stinky smell it was very bad, dump it in trash will never buy beef again from sams club

Quality and taste is good

trim it up, cut across the grain, cover with SPG and smoke it... makes alot of great beef jerky!

It was very good and fresh. Very good price
