I trimmed the gristle, marinated the meat, cooked sous vide, sliced against the grain and after all that it was still flavorless and incredibly tough.

it is a good meat for all kind of recipes

There was extra parts of grease not tie at the meat

It's great an got whole sirloin at great price.
