I went in to pick up a brisket, and ended up getting 2 of these. What a great deal! Very little fat on them compared to a brisket. I put in a Masterbuilt smoker till 205 degrees for well done, almost fall apart and they were perfect. I used Montreal steak seasoning and some worcestershire on them, then wrapped them the last part of the cook in foil. I can see picking a couple of these up each month from now on.

Salmon was decent, wasn't a fan of the stuffing for it

This kind of beef is very good if it is not rotten and smelly.
