A good value for 5 large avocados. One did not ripen well and had to be thrown away. They seemed to ripen quickly. I did notice they are from Peru, not Mexico or the US.

These avocados from Peru were picked too early, and never ripened. When they (eventually) felt somewhat soft, I cut a couple open to find the insides rotten. One had a hole through it.

These were great! Great taste and texture, ripen correctly. The last three batches from Walmart were trashed without being able to enjoy them, hard and then they quickly overripened to Brown. Good quality

Most of the time these are wonderful, however this time they didn't ripened. They just turned a funny rust color and rotted. I was so disappointed in the product as I wanted avocado for some summer dishes.

They never have the prices correct for the avocados, they say one thing on the sign and come up to another price on the scan and go or at the self checkout. Bottom line is they never match the marked price it's always 40 to 50 cents and it makes a difference when it's everyone paying more.

My last three bags of avocados from Sam's club have been very disappointing. They look to be ripe and not too ripe, but when you get into the avocado, it has a very grainy and dry texture and multicolored. It almost seems as though the avocados have frozen in shipment. This is my third try and I will not buy again.

California grown avocados are not good tasting or and they don't ripen equally and some don't at all, some have hard spots or they get slimy under the skin. They also cost more. Now the ones from Mexico and Peru have a rich taste and ripen equally and no hard spots. I stop buying avocados when they from California.

During avocado season, these were fantastic, delicious, and usable for up to a week. Now that season is over my last bag of avocados all had minor bruises, and when I cut into them, they all had black streaks and fibrous areas inside. Had to throw them all on the compost pile.

I bought these avocados on May 24, 2026 and I went back to the store like a week later and the price went from $3.27 a bag to over $6.50 per bag. Like the price literally doubled and you’re not saving any money buying bulk as opposed to buying it from a traditional grocery store at this point.

I’m so disappointed whit avocados because ha e many times but before and the last 2 times must return to Sam’s because pass a week and never this avocados come to be good to eat! i hear this avocados come from Peru and i was thinking this avocados was coming from Mexico!
