Best avocados I can purchase. Almost always good, fresh, solid. Usually requires a few days to ripen on counter, then refrigerate to use for a week or more.

Watch the prices as they fluctuate. Get yourself a 10 cent paper bag and buy them hard, put them in the bag, wait a couple days, stash them in the fridge, enjoy everything avocado for a couple weeks. Love guacamole, avocado and turkey sandwich, eggs and avocado, endless options. At a good price you won't find a better deal

Lately when I purchased avocados at Walmart or Aldi they've already gotten bad before I could even eat them and I usually eat one a day. The ones that I've been buying from Sam's on a regular basis have been good every single time I may not buy avocados from the other two stores ever again.

These are top-notch avocados. I do not like to purchase soft, ripe avocados unless I need to use them immediately. These avocados are nearly always firm, not quite ripe, but within a day or so of purchase they're ready. Exactly what I want for the meals I prepare, and avocados also make a fantastic alternative for salad dressing. Please keep it up!

Short life span after purchase. 3 of the 5 were perfect... the other 2, not so much... there were large portions of the 2 that would not mash down, as the portions were completely hard like a potato even though the rest of it was soft. Those went into my mulch pile outside.

These avocados were not a good quality. Must have been picked too early. Never fully rippened and after 1.5 weeks they were too hard and had dark rotten spots on the inside. No the first rime I purchased but my pack was not at all great. And I love them.

I purchased two bags, and all the avocados in one of them were partially overripe at one end and yet pretty hard at the other! So I scooped out the black, overripe areas, disposed of them, and ate the remaining, not-ripe areas. Overall, there was roughly 50% overripe and 50% still underripe in all of the 5 avocados.

These were beautiful looking. I appreciated that they did not turn black like so many of them do. The ripened well.. but they did not have a good taste to them... I don't know if these were out of season.. grown in a hot house. The flesh was beautiful though

Never trust Sams is my motto! They sell expired products because they are all about greed and care nothing about people. I brought to their attention and they did not care. For all they know i could have been sick or worse, but again they do not care. Very greedy organization with the worst customer service possible. But thats the world we live in today. Companies like sams are free to operate any way they please worrying not about if products are expired or if they overcharged their customers. They are motivated by complete greed and i would not trust anything they sell. I dont personally care how they operate but if they are going to send me surveys and i do not lie, i follow the teachings of Jesus, then i must write what i see in an honest manner. Ive had to throw away hundreds of dollars in expired groceries and I found other stores selling same items for less and when I made them aware they did not care.

After buying these avocados, I put them in a paper bag like I did for all avocados. In a few days, they started to ripen. As they ripen, I cut them. However, all of them were soft in some areas and hard in others. I will never purchase avocados from Sam's Club anymore.
