Excellent flavor and quick to ripen. In buying a tremendous amount of these over the years, I have only had one bad experience. It was at the height of winter coldness in Colorado, and the bag I purchased must've been accidentally exposed to some sub-zero temperatures for too long. Amazing, restaurant-grade / quality always. Don't be afraid of the usual gourd-like hardness when you buy them, they ripen quickly, usually in 1-3 days. Great price, large, good quantity (for my family, anyway).

These are consistently great avocados! I purchase these almost every week and am never disappointed. They are so creamy and smooth. I've purchased avocados from several other stores and they are never as good as the one's from Sam's. These will remain on my weekly shopping list!

They are good avocados, creamy and tasty. Sometimes they come too ripe, so I just need to be careful to pick them at the right consistency for my use. Also, make sure uts avocado from Mexico because in the past ive gotten some from Peru and those were bad because they never ripe.

Bought these thinking they will be ready in a couple of days. Long story short they felt they were ready after 2-3 days later but when my husband cut 2 of the avocados he said they felt different and fake! He cut one more and the same thing. Their texture was different or weird and end ended up throwing them away

This bag of avocados is a great purchase.I have bought 3-6bags every week for over a year. We makes guacamole for church lunches. Sometimes avocado/tomato salads. We have a had a few bags that looked good but turned out to be very brown inside, but Sam’s replace those few and everything was great.

Unfortunately, you can’t see under the skin of an avocado. The last bag of these that I bought from Sam’s were great. However I have also purchased avocados from Sam’s that were bruised and black inside when cut open and had to be discarded. I attribute part of this to other Sam’s shoppers who think they can toss bags of this fragile fruit around while they look for the perfect bag. They just cause bruising to the avocados, even when the fruit is hard.

I purchased a pack of avocados and picked them out myself. The following week, I ordered 2 bags and used Sam's Club Pickup where they pick your items. After a couple days, I ended up throwing 1.5 bags away, since they were over ripe. Next time I will pick my produce out myself.

I have been buying these regularly.gor over 3 months. Initially, they were great. From about a month or so ago, some started to take a long time to ripen and by that time, they had gone bad. Some were so fibrous that they were not edible. In any bag, maybe 2 or 3 are like this. And they have become more expensive, so I have been throwing away such expensive fruit of $1.4 -$1.6 each because they are just so bad.

I have bought avocados here before that were fine. However, this most recent bag didn't ripen properly. After sitting on the countertop for a week and a half (10-11 days), they were still mostly hard. I expect ripening by the end of a week at most. I cut open the last one today, it was still quite hard after more than 2 weeks (had to cut it off the pit with a knife).

Bought 2 bags of avocados week of Christmas. One bag ripened after Christmas. The second bag never ripened as of today 1/4/21... Found this out after my husband had already pitched them!! This is not the usual for these avocados. We know how to ripen, always do them all the same way. We used to have 2 acres of avocado trees 15 years ago before moving to Arkansas. This won't stop us from buying Sam's avocados though!!
