Usually, these are of reasonably good quality. But you need to keep an eye on the price. Last time it was the equivalent of $1.60 for each avocado, which strikes me as rather high, even for somewhat larger ones.

I love these avocados they're the right size. I put them on a bar in a bowl with holes in it and I place the apple with them which helps to ripen them up quicker. As you see from the photograph the perfect for my guacamole tonight.

Be careful when buying avocados at Sam's. Sometimes avocados are too ripe that you have to trow them away. I complained to the store but the problem continues.

I always but Sams avocados. I keep in fridge and take out what I need a day or even the morning of when I need it. They ripen overnight. Perfect and tasty

I wait until there is a slight give when the peel is pressed, then refrigerate. They stay green that way for a long time, no black spots, and never any waste.

Only one good avocado they were all very hard the first one that I cut open was fine after that they were all black inside and they’re not kept that long because we all love avocados here

$8 for avocados that have always been $3 over a 50% increase is INSANE. in a matter of a week. not even a couple cents more but over DOUBLE the price.

This batch didn't ripen well, it's always taking a chance when it comes to a bag of avocados; i.e. this bag went bad very quickly without ever being ripe.

Within 4 days every single Avocado was bad…totally unusable. I have been having more and more bad in each bag each time I have purchased them over the last 6-8 weeks

Unfortunately, you can’t see under the skin of an avocado. The last bag of these that I bought from Sam’s were great. However I have also purchased avocados from Sam’s that were bruised and black inside when cut open and had to be discarded. I attribute part of this to other Sam’s shoppers who think they can toss bags of this fragile fruit around while they look for the perfect bag. They just cause bruising to the avocados, even when the fruit is hard.
