[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge LF29H8330S three months ago and for the most part it has been very good. The installer had some issues but it was quickly worked out after the second attempt. The soft close is an under-rated feature. It’s more of an auto-close and should be standard on all fridges to help save energy. Otherwise, water filtration works great, the temperature is really good, the app integration and sensors are perfect, and having the 2nd drawer is a big plus. No need for a separate beverage cooler.

The convertible drawer feature is great and we have turned it into our speed freezer door for all of our frequently used items. It is 5 cubic feet more than we had so a big upgrade for us. For the price and features, it is a great buy!

Well, it was delivered on the 8th of December and never worked. Now I am feeding a family of 5 and running a home daycare using a mini fridge because LG can't deliver a replacement for 2 and a half weeks. Happy holidays. Why is this the second time you are asking me for a review. Read the room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this fridge for a few weeks now and I love it. The ability to make different shape ice is pretty cool. It larger than what I expected. The 3rd draw is a great idea and it’s nice to be able to use it as you need it (cold or freeze mode). A very innovative appliance.

I am so happy that I chose the LG Refrigerator!! I love opening the refrigerator door and having a clear span ..no ice maker..to take up room on the shelves. I love the Full Convert Drawer... I can use it, as a freezer drawer or extra refrigerator space. I prefer to use the Full Convert Drawer as an extra cold refrigerator drawer, for keeping bacon, meat, lunch meat, left overs, and etc.. The Convert Drawer was important to me, and helped me in my decision making. The freezer is a nice size with a pull out basket.. The ice bin is wonderful. I love using a scoop and filling glasses from the bin, especially when I have many glasses to fill. It also has an ice and water dispenser on the door. The dispenser is long enough so you can fill large containers or pitchers with water. To me...this refrigerator has everything . ..it met everything on my check list. I love, love it!!

Cooling Shelves Drawers Dispenser There are SO MANY simple design flaws on this model. It is basically a replacement of the FD model I purchased 11 yrs back & LG has cheapened it to the max. GONE - fridge 1/2 shelf. GONE - decorative (silver/gray trimmed) door bins. GONE - flat chill drawer bottom so cans stand upright. GONE - door butter bin. GONE - 3rd pull-out freezer drawer. GONE - full fridge LED lighting, in favor of one LED strip. GONE - convenient selection of ice/water/crushed with one push. GONE - crushed ice dispenser that does not spray ice chips onto the floor. GONE - up-front, in plain view, water, dispenser spout where you can watch the water level & hold over tall containers to fill them. Kudos LG you've cheapened yet another product and made it less convenient Any consumer who rates this unit “wonderful” must have had a fridge that was much worse before this one Oh, did I mention that the fridge & freezer will not attain the set-point temperatures? The setting 33° and -7° are there simply to fool you

I made this purchase after doing a lot of research. After looking at many different brands I settled on LG. The model that I picked had all the features that were important to my wife and me. I also looked at all the reviews. And the product durability, which were all very positive. The choice we easy after that.

We have never had a refrigerator with such a well conceived layout. There isn't any item that we can't store, by readjusting the many shelf configurations. The center drawer optional freezer or deli option comes in handy when either use is required. The internet monitoring system allows one to see the units operation in real time. Overall, a fine product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's beautiful and we love it. It has a middle draw that you can keep drinks, wine or use it as a additional freezer compartment. It can be temperture controlled on the panel. It has an ice plus feature that can be turned on if you are having guests and need additional ice, it fills a container in the freezer with ice cubes. Plenty of space for all of our refrigeration needs.
