Bought this refrigerator during a sale after Thanksgiving. It was a great deal we could not pass up since we were closing on a new home on week later. Fell in love with the the amount of space it has, the adjustable shelves and of course the deli section that has its own temp control pad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BEST designed refrigerator I have ever owned. Every inch provides maximum useability. Slim icemaker allows for extra door bins. The deep interior customizable shelving and drawers, provide maximum space. Both freezer and convertible drawer have sliding shelves which provide convenience. Freezer has a second bin of ice. I use the convertible drawer for quick access for making snacks and sandwiches: sliced luncheon meats, cheeses, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, bacon, flour tortillas, etc. I don't have to access the main refrigerator as often.

The layout and size of the refrigerator is very functional, so we can more efficiently place items for storage, which makes it easier for us to find them later on. The exterior is very sleek and looks great in our kitchen! My wife absolutely loves it! It is well made and very sturdy! We are very happy with the purchase and plan to consider LG for are other appliance needs! Our experience is consistent with the high ratings LG received by Consumer Report.

I've had my LG 29 c. f. convertible drawer for several weeks now and I love so much about it. The most spacious refrigerator ever, the non slam doors are so awesome, the two ice makers and so much more. I currently use my convertible drawer for deli & cheeses so I don't have to keep opening the full refrigerator whenever I need something. NOTE: If there was one thing I could fix, it would be to allow the convertible drawer to glide more easily than it currently does. It should be on rails like the freezer drawer for ease of opening & closing.

The shelves on the door are so deep and I can clear most of the condiments in my fridge into these shelves saving so much room. Love the full convert drawer. This past Christmas, I used the full convert drawer as part of the fridge. It held so much...banana pudding, dressing, pies. First time ever I didn't have to borrow space in my neighbor's fridge. Now I'm using it as part of the freezer. So much more room. I'm so glad I purchased this new fridge.

The compact ice maker is in the door opposed to the refrigerator part. I also like the fact it doesn’t have handles on the two drawers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now that I have my new refrigerator I didn’t realize how bad my old one was. As odd as this sounds the ice seems colder. It’s quiet and the refrigerator section doesn’t freeze items. This refrigerator is wonderful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this fridge for a few weeks now and I love it. The ability to make different shape ice is pretty cool. It larger than what I expected. The 3rd draw is a great idea and it’s nice to be able to use it as you need it (cold or freeze mode). A very innovative appliance.

The capacities of the freezer and refrigerator is good. The compartments: good size for produce bins, the deli drawers is quite large and is easier to find meat and cheese packages. Cooling has three controls for the freezer and refrigerator and deli drawers and there is quick ice maker option All the cooling features work great. Energy -we have no means of measuring the refrigerator efficiency. Shelving: this is the one area LG needs to improve, the shelves have limited adjustments to spaces between each shelf; the minimum shelf space prevents you from placing a 12 ounce can of soda on the shelf, placing a one gallon bottle of ice tea just squeezes between the shelves and the door shelves have no adjustment.

We've had the unit almost a month and are very pleased with the purchase. This is our second LG refrigerator; the last one got fried by an odd electrical surge in our neighborhood. We tested the differnt cooling temperatures on all the compartments and they are working great. The convert-drawer is a little hard to open and close; not sure if this can be adjusted.
