Defective French Doors
I had the refrigerator replaced because the French doors were uneven and did not close right on the left side unless you made sure and push it closed. The new one that it was replaced with is the exact same way. I'm assuming that this model is defective. Everything else works great on it. This issue should be resolved.

Nice fridge never worked properly
The refrigerator is aesthetically nice, I like the features but the dispenser has leaked since I got it. LG referred me to installers They came and made adjustments suggested by LG and it continues to leak. I am awaiting a visit from LG for repair. Disappointed that the product has never worked appropriately.

Lot of good features except for selves spacing
The capacities of the freezer and refrigerator is good. The compartments: good size for produce bins, the deli drawers is quite large and is easier to find meat and cheese packages. Cooling has three controls for the freezer and refrigerator and deli drawers and there is quick ice maker option All the cooling features work great. Energy -we have no means of measuring the refrigerator efficiency. Shelving: this is the one area LG needs to improve, the shelves have limited adjustments to spaces between each shelf; the minimum shelf space prevents you from placing a 12 ounce can of soda on the shelf, placing a one gallon bottle of ice tea just squeezes between the shelves and the door shelves have no adjustment.

Love everything about this refrigerator...so far!
I have had the refrigerator just about a month now and love everything about it. I like how the shelves are layed out. I love that I can use the convertible drawer as extra freezer space. I love that I can turn the ice in the freezer on and off. So far so good!

Great features and beautiful addition to the kitch
Beautiful refrigerator, spacious shelves and freezer compartment. Lots of convenient bells and whistles. Wi-Fi capability is really helpful and provides assistance in using the refrigerator. Love the dual Ice Cube features.

New Lg Refrigerator
The refrigerator is fine. The on off switch for the craft ice maker is in a poor position to use and the ice reset button is next to impossible for people with large fingers to use. Poor design for consumer

Design flaws
Middle drawer is extremely difficult to open or close. Support person could not change the slide mechanism; said it is a design issue. Noisy ice maker. Produce drawers require opening both doors to slide the bins out.
