Nice big fridge, the fourth door makes it. With no handles there is more room for stuff like milk jugs in the right door. Do not like how changing the door dispenser works. You need to press the icon to rotate between ice, water and crushed ice. For me I usually end up bypassing what I want and having to press a second or third time. Should be able to just press each icon to get what you want, not an expensive add on an already not cheap fridge.

We bought this product a month ago and love it. This model is so well designed and just want we wanted. We looked at so many of the models with the door in door but decided that the middle drawer provided just what we needed. We use is as a drink/beer cooler, lunch meat and cheese drawer and a quick piece of fruit for lunch. No need to open the whole refrigerator when you have this middle drawer. The inside provides so much more deep drawer space and love the bright lighting. We also love the movable shelves. The freezer is large and deep and the drawer is the perfect place for more frequently used items.

The compact ice maker is in the door opposed to the refrigerator part. I also like the fact it doesn’t have handles on the two drawers.

The only problem that we have had since the beginning is the flex drawer does not pull out and retrack without a lot of effort. We originally had the drawer replaced but the new drawer is still very difficult..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement of another LG model that we had issues with the doors slamming shut. This has the slow shut French doors which eliminated this problem. The ice maker in the door frees up more space in the top of the refrigerator. It has a second ice maker in the freezer section that makes slightly larger cubes. Together they make an ample supply of ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my refrigerator approximately 3 weeks and I am still pretty excited about it. It is aesthetically pleasing. I love that it does not leave fingerprints all over it! I love that the top drawer can be either a refrigerator or freezer area. What I am not a fan of is the small capacity of the ice maker AND there is not a tall enough space to stand up a recorked bottle of wine and my ice tea contains barely fit. Overall, I really do enjoy my new refrigerator.

Do not buy this model. I bought its predecessor 11 years ago and for the past 6 have had nothing but problems. Replaced compressor, replaces two fans, replaces fridge evaporator, replaced the freezer defrost drain system, the unit sprung a leak somewhere tgat two techs could not locate. So I stupidly bought another LG because it had high ratings. NOT for reliability though. 40 out of 100 is NIT a good record. Ok on to this one specifically. LG has cheapened this model unmeasurable. From 3 freezer drawers to two. The top drawer opens only half way so to see and get at the back one must get in their KNEES. How incredibly stupid. Why do that? Well because KG eliminated the slide$$$ that used have the drawer open fully. NOW it has to be supported by the drawer below it. The chill drawer has been cheapened. Instead of an adjustable divider now it has to fit into slots. Ok, no big deal BUT you cannot stand a drink can upright to save space. Why? Because LG cheapened the drawer and to keep the bottom rigid it corrugated it so now no can will stay upright when it gets knocked around opening/closing the chill drawer. The fridge does not cool to the set temp. Set at 33 to test it the coldest it gets is 40.0. The shelves are terrible. Doing away with the half sliding shelf makes it unusable to put anything tall in the fridge. A fast food drink cup won’t even fit. Everything must lay down. Otherwise the top shelf has to be removed or the shelf moved which leaves like a 2” hi space between shelves to fit WHAT?? The water dispenser is so stupidly placed that you cannot fill a narrow neck bottle without getting on your knees to be able to see where the spout is. The predecessor had a short spout in FRONT of the ice chute so you could SEE IT. Not this model. It is hidden under the ice chute where it can’t be seen so if you don’t hit it just right there is water sprayed all over the dispenser and the freezer door (the stupid handle turns into a reservoir that fills up with an inch of spilled water) and the floor. Speaking of the dispenser WHY is it so obnoxiously large (wide)? There’s no glass, cup, pitcher so huge. What does LG think someone is going to put a frying pan in there to fill with water?? Stupid. EXCUSE TYPOS, STUPID LG website has no way to scroll this window to go up and check for/edit errors!! AND the site will not allow me to add photos of what I described.

We've had the unit almost a month and are very pleased with the purchase. This is our second LG refrigerator; the last one got fried by an odd electrical surge in our neighborhood. We tested the differnt cooling temperatures on all the compartments and they are working great. The convert-drawer is a little hard to open and close; not sure if this can be adjusted.

We went from a side by side to this French door fridge. We love it! It actually has more room than our old fridge and I like being able to have all items in the fridge eye level. We have the style that has a flex drawer, it can be freezer or fridge. The look is beautiful and we love the anti-fingerprint stainless steel. The ice is a nice size, not too big or too small.
