The only problem that we have had since the beginning is the flex drawer does not pull out and retrack without a lot of effort. We originally had the drawer replaced but the new drawer is still very difficult..

We went from a side by side to this French door fridge. We love it! It actually has more room than our old fridge and I like being able to have all items in the fridge eye level. We have the style that has a flex drawer, it can be freezer or fridge. The look is beautiful and we love the anti-fingerprint stainless steel. The ice is a nice size, not too big or too small.

I have had this refrigerator for about a month. so far it has been great. It is very quiet. It has loads of space. I love the almost no fingerprint feature, works great. I also like the extra icemaker if I need it. I actually turned mine off for more freezer space. Can turn it back on easily if needed. I really like the flex drawer that can be used for freezer, drinks, vegies whatever you use most. also soft close doors are great for the slammers of the house. Having an app that notifies you when a door is left open or there is an issue is very nice. The draw backs are that it could use more dividers and shelf option in fridge. Only has two adjustment levels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the refrigerator about a month ago and we are really enjoyed it. Spacious throughout. We really like the middle drawer where we store our cheeses, lunch meats, a bottle of wine. The freezer capacity is outstanding.

We've owned the refrigerator for approximately 3 weeks. Very nice and stylish. I have only 2 gripes: 1) it makes a periodic knocking noise...like someone rapped on the door...it's a little jarring when you hear it. 2) the outside door water/ice dispenser is hard to press when you want to change the function.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge LF29H8330S three months ago and for the most part it has been very good. The installer had some issues but it was quickly worked out after the second attempt. The soft close is an under-rated feature. It’s more of an auto-close and should be standard on all fridges to help save energy. Otherwise, water filtration works great, the temperature is really good, the app integration and sensors are perfect, and having the 2nd drawer is a big plus. No need for a separate beverage cooler.

We are very happy with this size of refrigerator and the dual ice is so convenient and makes plenty of ice for our family. The shelves and drawers are nice and deep and slide easily. The ice and water dispenser works great with the easy selection option.

The refrigerator is aesthetically nice, I like the features but the dispenser has leaked since I got it. LG referred me to installers They came and made adjustments suggested by LG and it continues to leak. I am awaiting a visit from LG for repair. Disappointed that the product has never worked appropriately.

Well, it was delivered on the 8th of December and never worked. Now I am feeding a family of 5 and running a home daycare using a mini fridge because LG can't deliver a replacement for 2 and a half weeks. Happy holidays. Why is this the second time you are asking me for a review. Read the room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a month ago and I absolutely LOVE it!!! The extra drawer that allows temperature controls is a godsend. I store all my fresh meat and deli products in the drawer. I can see clearly what I have on hand and clean up any spills easily. The storage capacity is excellent, icemaker is a plus!! Would highly recommend this fridge.
