I am truly enjoying the features on the fridge including the middle drawer that can be used as a freezer or refrigerator and the two icemakers are great. The ice dispenser dispenses a little smaller ice than the ice that is in the container in the freezer. There is plenty of room in the fridge. Temperatures are easy to control with either my phone or the electronic panel inside the fridge. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Purchased this to replace a GE french door refrigerator that was 18 months old. The GE was deemed unrepairable by Lowes, so I researched refrigerators for three weeks. I settled on the LG as it got good reviews and the sales person at Lowes told me they never got these returned. We have had the LG for three weeks and are very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge replaced an older top freezer fridge with interior ice maker and it definitely is an upgrade. The exterior stainless steel finish is sleek, fingerprint resistant and easy to keep clean. The handles and doors are solid with a nice soft close. I didn’t think I would but we love the door water/ice dispenser and it can accommodate our taller cups. My concern was that water/ice would splash on the floor but it does not. This fridge has lots of capacity and makes food organization and storage much easier with plenty of room to spare. The interior shelf heights can easily be adjusted to suit our needs. The middle drawer compartment converts to a freezer very easily if needed but the lower freezer is quite spacious and is enough for our current frozen food needs. Overall we Love this fridge and definitely recommend it! ❤️! Now if only I can figure out how to get it to prep/cook my meals. 🤣

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new 4. Door refrigerator. It is our first LG refrigerator. It is very quiet, love the ice/water dispenser in door. The extra ice inside is great for entertaining. So far we are very happy with our choice.

Purchased July 2024, been repaired twice! When expressing my concerns with the LG repairman, he didn't listen to me. This IS NOT stainless steel, it's plastic over a material of some sort!!! Horrible ice maker and space wise, if you do decide to purchase this take empty bottles/cans to see if you can adjust the shelves properly. I will never purchase another LG product.

As a family of 6 we really needed a refrigerator that could help us stay organised and this one absolutely allows us to do that. The cooling drawer allows us to keep sports drinks and other soft drinks out of the main refrigerator freeing up so much space for pre-made meals and other larger containers. The water and ice feature means we don’t have to have a big water jug taking up space either. One thing we particularly love is the size of the slide out drawers. We can actually fit enough food in them and get to it as well! The freezer is spacious and we also really like the sliding rack in the freezer. Overall we are really happy with this fridge! Definitely recommend!

Also lots of space in the freezer. So far operating very well and more than satisfied with it and performance.

Disappointed. We ordered the refrigerator based on reviews and brand reputation only. It has an overall "flimsy" and "plastic" feel to every aspect. It has a continual loud whistle which can be heard 20 ft away in the family room. I have come to discover the source of the whistle is the condenser and/or its coils, which means we're stuck with this kitchen tinnitus for the life of the appliance. The center drawer that can be programmed as refrigerator or cooler is nothing but plastic; it is loose on its runners and flops about like a fish out of water when you open it. The bearings on its rails grind and rumble with every opening. The water and ice both taste like onions. LG basically did there nothing we can do about any of these issues. I've tried to return it, but LG says nothing is wrong with it. The only bright side is that I know this "durable good" will not be durable, and I'll get to replace it soon when it fails completely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it for about 5 days after installing it. As of now, I am very satisfied. The design is modern and very nice without any unnecessary elements. The temperature in the refrigerator is also very good. Ice comes out of the door and is made separately in the freezer, but I also like the fact that you can save more space in the freezer by not making ice in the freezer during the winter when you don't use much ice. And especially, the full convert drawer in the middle can be set separately to the desired temperature, and as a Korean, I set it to the temperature of the kimchi refrigerator, so it is a really great advantage to be able to store foods with a strong smell, such as kimchi, separately. The compressor is very quiet and the refrigerator door is anti-slam so it closes very smoothly. Because it connects to the ThnkQ app through Wifi, various settings can be made through the app, and it is very convenient and good to monitor power usage, the number of times the refrigerator door is opened, energy saving settings, and whether the refrigerator is operating properly. In addition to all of the above advantages, it also has a lot of space, making it an ideal refrigerator. I have looked into many refrigerators over the years, but I think this refrigerator is the most ideal refrigerator for what I wanted.
