[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this from the LG website. Delivery date was at first confusing, but the while process was smooth after I confirmed my delivery date. The refrigerator looks great and appears to have more room than my previous refrigerator (which was essentially the same measurements). I also really love the convertible drawer - nice to have this potential.

We love our LG French Door 4 Drawer Refrigerator! The convert drawer is our favorite feature - so easy to access frequently used foods. We love the space. Tons of room for everything even with lots of company coming. Dual ice maker is another favorite feature. We never run out of ice any more, and have 3 choices of size of ice cube: freezer, cubes in door, crushed in door. The water/ice selector is a little hard to get used to and doesn't always respond quickly, but that's a minor quirk. Overall great purchase we would whole heartedly recommend.

Although I like my new fridge, I was disappointed to find out that I can't buy more dividers for my full convertable door without buying the whole drawer too. The drawer has 4 slots for the clear plastic dividers to go but it only came with one. Even the picture on the manual shows two dividers. What's up with that!!!!

I receive compliments from every single person that sees my black brushed stainless steel refrigerator. It is gorgeous!

I bought it a month ago and I was really happy with my purchase .... until yesterday. It went to defrosting mode just by itself. All the food from the freezer ended up in garbage. Called LG, . The lady no the other end was speaking some gibberish, i couldn't understand. When I asked her to put on the phone somebody who speak English ... she hang up on me.

I've only had my new LG refrigerator for a week, but so far, I love it! Previously, I had a side-by-side, and there was just no space in it. I didn't think I liked the freezer on the bottom, but when I saw the flex drawer option, I liked the idea of using that as a freezer for things I used most often (hello, ice cream drawer!), so I decided to give this one a try. I'm so glad I did! There is so much room in this refrigerator, I feel like I can't fill it up! I'd been considering getting a spare fridge for in the garage, and now, I don't have to go to that expense. Everything is so organized, and I love that I have room for bigger things that would never have fit in my old side-by-side, such as bigger party platters or ice cream cakes. I also really like that I can monitor the stats of the fridge via the app and that there's a nighttime setting that adjusts the brightness of the fridge at night. I have sensitive eyes, so the dimmer light is perfect for me. My one word of caution is with delivery. The delivery team removed my front door to fit this in my house, and they scratched the front in a few places. It's really minor and barely noticeable, but I think it only scratched because they took the protective cover off outside. Keep an eye on the delivery team and make sure they don't remove that until it's inside, if at all possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is amazing!! The doors open and close very easily. The space inside the refrigerator is very spacious and well lit. The drawers easily fit fruits and vegetables. The side shelves are wide and very sturdy and can even hold large containers of milk and water. I have a large family so this helps to keep fridge stocked with drinks. The freezer is also very spacious and the way it’s divided helps keep everything organized and easily visible. I love that is has two sections : a top section and bottom section for larger items. The middle refrigerator drawer is my favorite part of the refrigerator. It can easily hold large platters and cakes for when I am hosting for the holidays. I love the look of the fridge. It’s sleek and well designed!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is amazing! I never thought of LG when thinking kitchen appliances and this has completely converted me. I had a different brand (big brand name in kitchens) for many years and had issues from the start. It was noisy, it would constantly hum and on numerous occasions the circulation fan broke causing parts to freeze and parts to not get cold at all. This refrigerator is quiet and extremely spacious. I love the design (pocket handles) the interior space is HUGE and I absolutely love the convertible draw that can be used as a fridge or freezer! If this is a sign of LG products, I cannot wait to convert my entire kitchen over!!

We bought this over a month ago and the whole family loves it. The drawer that converts from fridge to freezer provides our family with options and easy access to those go to items. The dual ice maker is a game changer and has come in quite handy this holiday season! We know it'll come in handy when it comes to the summer months as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a really nice refrigerator. The good: It's spacious, including lots of door space. We did remove one shelf in the fridge to allow us to store some taller items there rather than in the door. I like having the extra ice available due to the extra ice bin in the freezer. I really like the middle drawer, which we use for cheese and deli meats without cutting down on available refrigerator space, but it's nice to have the option of converting to extra freezer space if we need it. Quality is high throughout, and the installation team did a great job. There are some cons - most of these are small, but taken together made me remove a star from the rating: For some reason, the dispensed water doesn't taste as fresh as it did with our previous refrigerator (a different brand). The water line is identical, so perhaps it has something to do with the water filter this model requires, but there is a bit of a "mineral-y" aftertaste that we didn't have with our last refrigerator. We've had this refrigerator for more than two weeks, ran plenty of water/ice through the unit at the beginning and have been using the dispenser regularly since, so I don't think it's a function of newness at this point. The water/ice dispenser is tall, which is great, but the dispenser paddle is designed oddly at an angle so you have to tilt your item (glass, coffee carafe, etc.) while pushing near the top of dispenser paddle. You can't rest the item on the level surface and push to dispense at the same time without requiring a second hand. Also, the LED light when you push the water dispenser is not very bright. In our model, you have to cycle between water, cubes and crushed ice instead of one touch to select what you want (not a big deal, but a design choice that could have been avoided). Unlike many refrigerators with an alarm feature, there is no way to turn off the door alarm in this model, as there is no alarm button in the control panel. Overall, this is a very good refrigerator that could be great with some fine tuning. And for those who wonder about the difference between LF29H8330S and LF29S8330S - one of the biggest is that the "H8330" has handles on the doors, while the "S8330" is smooth in front with pocket handles.
