The refrigerator looks great and appears to have more room than my previous refrigerator (which was essentially the same measurements). I also really love the convertible drawer - nice to have this potential.

I receive compliments from every single person that sees my black brushed stainless steel refrigerator. It is gorgeous!

I would absolutely NEVER recommend anyone buy an appliance at Sam's Club! I recently moved into a new house and needed a refrigerator. After shopping around, it seemed like Sam's had the best deals. When you're browsing appliances, you can input your zip code and the website will tell you the delivery date. DON'T TRUST THIS DATE, IT IS A LIE. It doesn't get delivered to you on that day; instead, it's delivered to a distributor. After that, you have to schedule a day and time for them to deliver it to you, which can be about a week later. My family had to live out of a cooler for almost two weeks! Sam's customer service is not helpful and DOES NOT CARE about their members or their service. They have an "oh well" attitude.

I have owned this for a few months now and exceeds my expectations. The middle drawer is wonderful and so organized. I find my kids don't waste so much time standing, staring in the fridge, wasting energy. I also love thats there's multiple ways to get ice as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a really nice refrigerator. The good: It's spacious, including lots of door space. We did remove one shelf in the fridge to allow us to store some taller items there rather than in the door. I like having the extra ice available due to the extra ice bin in the freezer. I really like the middle drawer, which we use for cheese and deli meats without cutting down on available refrigerator space, but it's nice to have the option of converting to extra freezer space if we need it. Quality is high throughout, and the installation team did a great job. There are some cons - most of these are small, but taken together made me remove a star from the rating: For some reason, the dispensed water doesn't taste as fresh as it did with our previous refrigerator (a different brand). The water line is identical, so perhaps it has something to do with the water filter this model requires, but there is a bit of a "mineral-y" aftertaste that we didn't have with our last refrigerator. We've had this refrigerator for more than two weeks, ran plenty of water/ice through the unit at the beginning and have been using the dispenser regularly since, so I don't think it's a function of newness at this point. The water/ice dispenser is tall, which is great, but the dispenser paddle is designed oddly at an angle so you have to tilt your item (glass, coffee carafe, etc.) while pushing near the top of dispenser paddle. You can't rest the item on the level surface and push to dispense at the same time without requiring a second hand. Also, the LED light when you push the water dispenser is not very bright. In our model, you have to cycle between water, cubes and crushed ice instead of one touch to select what you want (not a big deal, but a design choice that could have been avoided). Unlike many refrigerators with an alarm feature, there is no way to turn off the door alarm in this model, as there is no alarm button in the control panel. Overall, this is a very good refrigerator that could be great with some fine tuning. And for those who wonder about the difference between LF29H8330S and LF29S8330S - one of the biggest is that the "H8330" has handles on the doors, while the "S8330" is smooth in front with pocket handles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dropped a plastic bottle on the ground and it bounced off the floor and hit the bottom drawer. Now there is a huge dent in the bottom drawer. This was our first day of owning it. Very disappointed it would dent that easily. I’ve had other fridges that would never dent like that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The storage space w/in this refrigerator is amazing. The second drawer and flexibility to use as fridge or freezer is convenient. Freezer has extra ice maker for special occasions needs. Runs quietly and the WiFi connection is great to let you know if you left the door ajar. Just a great refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a lot of research we decided on the refridgerator with in the door ice / water and the Full-Convert Drawer so we could have easy access to our drinks. We replaced it with a refridgerator without in the door water and ice station. LG appliances are top of the line and are less likely to need future repairs.

I am truly enjoying the features on the fridge including the middle drawer that can be used as a freezer or refrigerator and the two icemakers are great. The ice dispenser dispenses a little smaller ice than the ice that is in the container in the freezer. There is plenty of room in the fridge. Temperatures are easy to control with either my phone or the electronic panel inside the fridge. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I love the look of this fridge, the flat, flush panels, French doors and smooth drawers that open and close gently. The lighting inside the fridge is actually pleasing, not too bright or too dark. A gentle chime goes off as a reminder if the door remains open for 40 seconds or so. The fridge has lots of storage and organizational possibilities. Deep shelves, drawers for produce and useful door shelving. The Convert Drawer is another added storage bonus. It is located in the middle, between the fridge and freezer section, right at the perfect height for easy access. The freezer is an easy pull-out drawer and has a top shelf drawer for ice or ice cream to be readily accessible. The freezer drawer has two deep sides that can hold lots of food. The ice maker works beautifully, never pouring out too quickly or spilling onto the floor. I love the look, functionality and storage of this refrigerator, my nicest fridge yet.
