-The ice machine and water filter built into the water dispenser door is brilliant design saving space in the actual refrigerator -There is adequate space in the refrigerator also the deep doors makes room for extra condiments -The soft close doors and soft close freezer draw work 100% of the time. -The drawers inside the refrigerator are humongous. You can fit a store bought roasted chicken in each draw. -The freezer has plenty of room and ice. Key note you end up losing freezer space to the ice tray. If you’re an ice person it’s worth it. If you’re not I haven’t tried it but I believe you can turn it off. And remove the tray. - This unit doesn’t have craft ice. I would hope to see a craft ice retro-fit kit for this fridge -Over all this fridge has a luxury feel to it. I caught myself opening the fridge and admiring the craftsmanship and stainless steel - The app is great can adjust temps and night lighting. Tell you how much ice you have and can turn on feature to make additional. Keep tabs on water/ ice usage/ and how long door were left open

From the outside to the inside the LG 4-door smart French Door refrigerator is a well-designed refrigerator. The convertible drawer that, as needed, can be used as either a freezer drawer or refrigerator drawer is a great feature. Over all, this is the most convenient refrigerator we’ve ever purchased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought additional space was about the only upgrade from my old, smaller refrigerator, but one week in, I can tell that its fresh air veil system definitely works and that the produces are staying fresher, longer. I bought 3 packs of strawberries as a tester a day before the fridge arrived - something I never did as the strawberries would start to get dry after just 3-4 days, and the third/last pack to date is as fresh as the day one! I love this refrigerator! 10 out of 5 stars!

Very aesthetically appealing, provides great storage capacity and the multiple ice cube options are incredible. The only negatives are that the shelf placement / configuration is limited and the in-door ice maker broke within the first year, but fortunately is was still under warranty.

Freezer has extra ice maker for special occasions needs. Runs quietly and the WiFi connection is great to let you know if you left the door ajar. Just a great refrigerator.

We have the black stainless model. Evidently, the doors are skinned with a dark vinyl wrap to give it the dark, smudge resistant finish. As it turns out, the vinyl wrap is fragile and easily damaged. One of the doors now has several places where the wrap has bubbled, wrinkled or torn. We expect a fridge to work well and look good. This one works well but no longer looks good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent refrigerator with smart and thoughtful design that helps keep everything organized. Love the convertible drawer where we can switch the temperature and use as we see fit. Has enormous amount of space. Only issue we have is that the refrigerator is larger than standard and required the removal of the doors for the delivery through our apartment's door. This process and the overall delivery was seamless and done professionally. However, our concern is having to remove the doors (and re-installing them) when/if we move out as this will not be done by the authorized LG technicians/delivery team.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BEAUTIFUL! The size of this fridge and freezer is amazing! I can fit so much more in both the freezer and fridge, the draws are so big and deep. The shelves are so long and deep that I can put entire sheet pans that I am cooling in simply! The ice works amazing, crushed or regular and there is A LOT of ice! There is even a special slot for frozen pizza!

This is a really nice refrigerator. We chose it because we wanted extra freezer space so we use the convert drawer as part of the freezer. That works pretty well although it doesn't seem to stay as cold as the main freezer section and there is no way to make it colder independent of changing the main freezer as well. It's solid and well made and we hope it will last a long time.
