I have had the refrigerator for 11 months and have not had any issues with it. The features are what I have expected. It is quiet and has nice soft close doors. It has plenty of room. The ice makers are nice. There have been two occasions where I needed to remove the door ice maker and break up the ice as it bonded together in a large block. The only other thing was when I was changing the water filter and I took it out and noticed the it was completely dry. Found out that water was not going through it. After I poured water into the filter from my sink, effectively priming the filter, it started to work.

We had aLG previously and then we moved Ana’s had to leave that refrigerator behind. We are so glad to have an LG again. It is so functional, organized, and maintains temperature so evenly! Love having plenty of ice, and being able to get crushed ice is awesome for drinks. The middle door really expands the capability of the refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely loved this refrigerator--until last week when the lower icemaker quit making ice! VERY disappointed, I've only had it 6 months, the first two months of this 6 months it wasn't installed due to ongoing construction of the kitchen!

Absolutely love my refrigerator! I so missed having a deli drawer and this one is convertible if needed. Having the ice maker on the door rather than inside gives more space! Also, having ice dispense at the door and inside the freezer is so convenient. I could just go on and on about my LG refrigerator!!

We replaced it with a refridgerator without in the door water and ice station. LG appliances are top of the line and are less likely to need future repairs.

After years of a side by side refrigerator, I decided to give French doors a try. Let me just say, what an upgrade! This refrigerator is absolutely massive. I couldn't be happier with my new LG refrigerator.  It has a very sleek look and it is very simple to use and adjust to my needs.  Main Fridge Area I never even thought I needed soft close doors until this fridge came along. With small children typically slamming the doors shut, these doors close smoothly and quietly, every time. I also love that you can close either door first or second. With respect to the interior door storage, I absolutely love the depth of the door shelving. It is tall enough to hold milk containers, which is a huge plus. The shelves are adjustable and even the ice maker door has shelving. It seems like LG made a significant effort to make every square inch usable. Finally, this fridge is deep! I put in all my old groceries and it looked so empty! Fully Convert Drawer Overall, a very cool concept! At the moment we've been using it to store wines, but will absolutely utilize it in the future for its multiple purposes. The temperature can adjust from 41 degrees for chilled wine all the way to 30 degrees for meat/seafood. It can even be converted into a freezer which will be great if we ever need additional freezer space. I don;t feel like it takes away from either the regular fridge or freezer either as both of those sections are significant in size. This is simply an added bonus and nice touch.  Freezer I never thought I needed two ice makers, but what an upgrade! In the past, we've run out of ice through the single ice maker at family gatherings, but to have a full ice bucket in the bottom freezer as a backup is fantastic. Love the depth of the freezer and the fact there is a slidable top drawer as well. Fits everything, and is very accessible.  Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this product. The standard depth (compared to counter depth) does not stick out too much further so this is a positive as well. 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommended.

The delivery and set up was quick and flawless and it was down to temperature within 18 hours. It is surprisingly very spacious and well laid out as delivered. The hidden ice maker/dispenser in the door is very well designed and executed, allowing some additional door shelf space. Having two ice makers means always having plenty of ice on hand. The Full-Convert Drawer is definitely a highlight not only for its versatility, but just ease of use and functionality. It's nice to not have to open the french doors all the time to get smaller, more frequent use items. The freezer is also large and well organized with plenty of room for "box store-sized" grocery runs. The print-proof finish is very effective and easy to keep clean, not needing polishes or cleaners. The overall appearance is very pleasing and will accent most kitchens quite well. The profile is large due to squared off edges, so be aware when measuring for your existing space. Water connection for the ice and water is simple and secure and the unit was an easy install. Overall it runs very quietly, looks fantastic, is very spacious, and is well laid out. The ThinQ monitoring through the app is a nice touch and was also easy to set up. We can highly recommend this model and are very happy we got it. Thank you LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right away, I can say this is an excellent fridge. The volume of it alone is fantastic; we now have so much more room for left-overs. Really enjoy the converter drawer with the ability to change the temperature range based on need, especially since one of the temp ranges makes it an extension of the freezer. The indoor water/ice dispenser is a great compliment to the in-freezer ice maker. No longer have to dig into the freezer just for a couple of ice cubes to put into a drink! What I find most impressive is how quiet this refrigerator is considering how big it is. Can barely hear the motor kick-in even if I'm standing in front of it.

If you're going to buy an LG Fridge, you need to know two things: Only the top right door reliably closes all the time - the left door and the convertible drawer feel like they should do a soft close, but they almost always stay open. There is no beep to let you know on the left door. I could have coped with the above issue, but we use our water and ice dispenser regularly. I recently had to change filters and thought I was doing it wrong because it seemed like I needed to use too much force. So I did what you do - went to YouTube - sure enough - you need two hands to twist the filter in - and you end up deforming the plastic - absolutely horrible engineering! Yes, I used an OEM filter - so it's an LG issue. Now - the water dispenser leaks. I can also say with a reasonable level of confidence that the connection will break over time simply because of the force needed to screw the filter in. This is a show stopper for me - likely will never buy an LG Fridge again - I've never seen engineering this bad for any appliance!
