We bought this over a month ago and the whole family loves it. The drawer that converts from fridge to freezer provides our family with options and easy access to those go to items. The dual ice maker is a game changer and has come in quite handy this holiday season! We know it'll come in handy when it comes to the summer months as well!

I bought it a month ago and I was really happy with my purchase .... until yesterday. It went to defrosting mode just by itself. All the food from the freezer ended up in garbage. Called LG, . The lady no the other end was speaking some gibberish, i couldn't understand. When I asked her to put on the phone somebody who speak English ... she hang up on me.

The delivery and set up was quick and flawless and it was down to temperature within 18 hours. It is surprisingly very spacious and well laid out as delivered. The hidden ice maker/dispenser in the door is very well designed and executed, allowing some additional door shelf space. Having two ice makers means always having plenty of ice on hand. The Full-Convert Drawer is definitely a highlight not only for its versatility, but just ease of use and functionality. It's nice to not have to open the french doors all the time to get smaller, more frequent use items. The freezer is also large and well organized with plenty of room for "box store-sized" grocery runs. The print-proof finish is very effective and easy to keep clean, not needing polishes or cleaners. The overall appearance is very pleasing and will accent most kitchens quite well. The profile is large due to squared off edges, so be aware when measuring for your existing space. Water connection for the ice and water is simple and secure and the unit was an easy install. Overall it runs very quietly, looks fantastic, is very spacious, and is well laid out. The ThinQ monitoring through the app is a nice touch and was also easy to set up. We can highly recommend this model and are very happy we got it. Thank you LG.

I've only had my new LG refrigerator for a week, but so far, I love it! Previously, I had a side-by-side, and there was just no space in it. I didn't think I liked the freezer on the bottom, but when I saw the flex drawer option, I liked the idea of using that as a freezer for things I used most often (hello, ice cream drawer!), so I decided to give this one a try. I'm so glad I did! There is so much room in this refrigerator, I feel like I can't fill it up! I'd been considering getting a spare fridge for in the garage, and now, I don't have to go to that expense. Everything is so organized, and I love that I have room for bigger things that would never have fit in my old side-by-side, such as bigger party platters or ice cream cakes. I also really like that I can monitor the stats of the fridge via the app and that there's a nighttime setting that adjusts the brightness of the fridge at night. I have sensitive eyes, so the dimmer light is perfect for me. My one word of caution is with delivery. The delivery team removed my front door to fit this in my house, and they scratched the front in a few places. It's really minor and barely noticeable, but I think it only scratched because they took the protective cover off outside. Keep an eye on the delivery team and make sure they don't remove that until it's inside, if at all possible.

Purchased July 2024, been repaired twice! When expressing my concerns with the LG repairman, he didn't listen to me. This IS NOT stainless steel, it's plastic over a material of some sort!!! Horrible ice maker and space wise, if you do decide to purchase this take empty bottles/cans to see if you can adjust the shelves properly. I will never purchase another LG product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this fridge! There is a ton of space, we never run out of ice with the extra ice maker in the freezer, the soft-close doors are a great feature, and I'm glad we can still out magnets on the doors!

Disappointed. We ordered the refrigerator based on reviews and brand reputation only. It has an overall "flimsy" and "plastic" feel to every aspect. It has a continual loud whistle which can be heard 20 ft away in the family room. I have come to discover the source of the whistle is the condenser and/or its coils, which means we're stuck with this kitchen tinnitus for the life of the appliance. The center drawer that can be programmed as refrigerator or cooler is nothing but plastic; it is loose on its runners and flops about like a fish out of water when you open it. The bearings on its rails grind and rumble with every opening. The water and ice both taste like onions. LG basically did there nothing we can do about any of these issues. I've tried to return it, but LG says nothing is wrong with it. The only bright side is that I know this "durable good" will not be durable, and I'll get to replace it soon when it fails completely.

So when it came time for a new fridge we bought this French Door fridge 2 weeks ago. We got the black SS color and it is beautiful inside and out. The space is just amazing. We are trying to spread things around inside because we have so much empty space. The layout is terrific including space for our two gallon jugs of home made ice tea on the door. The convertible drawer is a handy feature especially around the holidays when you may need more space. Choosing this refrigerator is one of the best decisions we ever made.

The details feel higher quality than our old fridge—the doors feel solid and the interior lighting is great. The conversion drawer is really cool and I’m looking forward to really trying it out when we have a party.

As a family of 6 we really needed a refrigerator that could help us stay organised and this one absolutely allows us to do that. The cooling drawer allows us to keep sports drinks and other soft drinks out of the main refrigerator freeing up so much space for pre-made meals and other larger containers. The water and ice feature means we don’t have to have a big water jug taking up space either. One thing we particularly love is the size of the slide out drawers. We can actually fit enough food in them and get to it as well! The freezer is spacious and we also really like the sliding rack in the freezer. Overall we are really happy with this fridge! Definitely recommend!
