[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my favorite Italian dressing. I first bought it because I could see the chunks and bits of spices in it and thought it looked delicious. It definitely didn't disappoint! Wishbone has long been a family favorite at this point. It makes a wonderful marinade for chicken breasts (I like to leave my chicken in it overnight so the flavor really sinks in) and it makes salads really pop. My favorite way to use it is in pasta salad, with rotini, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and pepperoni. It has a bright flavor that complements that dish really well. I'd definitely recommend Wishbone Italian, and I always keep a bottle on hand.

I just made a pasta salad with lots of spendy ingredients, only to have to throw it out it was so bad. Wayyy to sweet. What happened to the original recipe? I used to love this dressing in all salads and to use as a marinade. It's definitely changed, and not for the better. Time to change brands.

A little bit goes a long way! I've been putting it all over my salads and even tried it on a homemade sun sandwich and it added a beautiful balance of taste and acidity to my food. Will certainly purchase this again in more flavors.

I grew up on Wishbone Italian and used it for years on salads and subs. A numb of year go the manufacturer changed the recipe (“now with more herbs an spices!”) and completely ruined the flavor. I have not purchased this product since the manufacturer changed the recipe and I will not purchase it eve again.

I have been eating a lot of salad lately, and just a little bit of dressing gives enough flavor for the whole salad. It has a great flavor. I also marinated some chicken in it, before cooking it. The chicken absorbed the flavor, and my whole family loved it. I will definitely be buying it again.

Just bought Wishbone original Italian dressing to marinate my chicken. Spoiled our dinner. What on earth did you do to it? It's sweet, horrible. I've been using this salad dressing for 40 years, and it was always my go to for marinade. It is now in the garbage. I guess my big question is why did you change it?

My mom used it when I was a kid so that's how I first discovered it and at the age of 36 I still use it. It's very flavorful with lots of spices. It's the only dressing my picky son will eat. I use it for cold pasta salads and it's a wonderful marinade for grilled chicken. It really adds a zesty flavor without being spicy. They have a lot of flavors but robusto Italian is always the one I go back to over and over again. I love that it doesn't contain high fructose corn syrup and it's a good source of Omega 3.

It's got a nice robust flavor that you can taste well even after being grilled. I like the flip top on the bottle which makes it easy to open and close so I could use it over two different preparations and keep the remainder fresh in between. There have been a lot of alternative types of salad dressings lately with no fat or yogurt or something in them which are delicious but when you want a marinade you need something like this wishbone dressing that is oil and vinegar based. The flavor is satisfying and somehow familiar so we found that everyone who tries it generally likes it. Please consider making a spicy version!
